Favorite excursion! - Such a beautiful adventure! My husband and I had so much fun. It’s definitely a workout hiking up and down, but the float back down the river was amazing!

More hiking than tubing but an awesome adventure - Wear shoes with good tread. It’s a lot of hiking over muddy hilly terrain and then fording in the river over river stones. There’s a lot of swimming and everything will get wet. There is a LOT of hiking up the river. The tubing part was the last half hour of the six hour adventure. Bring a dry bag and one for your cell phone. The guide will hold your car keys so car will be secure. You meet at the location then drive to another location. The hike to the river is VERY steep up then down. I’m glad I am in good physical shape. The location is BEAUTIFUL, the water was refreshing. The guides point out native plants on the way and give some history of the area. Although it was more physically challenging than I expected it was an awesome adventure.

I'll be back next year! - Do it! Worth every penny and minutes spent with Jose and Cesar. Mild workout (but not for couch potatoes😉), great swimming and hiking in and out of the river, wear shoes with good grip, bring a few snacks and a waterfront bag, you'll be set! An amazing experience with very knowledgeable guides.

Tanama river cave tubing - It was fantastic! It was a bit of a hike, but completely worth it. The pictures they took were fantastic. Definitely worth the time!

Breathtaking, visually and physically 😂 - First, this experience is truly an amazing sight and once in a lifetime experience. The tour staff was great and really helped the whole journey. ⛔️ THIS HIKE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO WORKOUT OR WALK CONSISTENTLY. It will take up your entire morning and afternoon of constant exercise and climbing, also for people who do not mind getting SUPER DIRTY. Other than that it was really fun.

Know your Island Like Never! - If you're doubting whether you have the fitness to go on this excursion, probably not... but do it anyway! I, who am the most vague and whiny person in this country, made it, so can you. The guides are spectacular, and with every joke they make, your fear will be lifted. 100% recommend the experience with Aventureo PR. Although we travel a lot, as good Puerto Ricans we know less about our island than we do about other countries (how embarrassing), but this is an excellent opportunity to learn more about our history and roots. The guides are super knowledgeable and share everything they know in a fun and enjoyable way. Take your snack, believe me, you're gonna need it. Don’t worry about your cell phone, they will take pictures and send them to you later. Finally, read the instructions sent to you so that you arrive prepared and know what to expect. You will love it! 🇵🇷

Enjoyed but would have appreciated better description of adventure - We had a great time. But, the description of the adventure didn't describe it accurately. We knew we would be in the water, but didn't know we'd be in the water ALL DAY. The description also should have said where clothes you can throw out at the end due to the mud. They are not kidding about a strenuous hike in/out of the start area. Very steep hills.
