On reaching the harbor city, previously called Mogador, you’ll take in the unique views of Essaouira - its ocher-hued walls, the remarkable Moulay El Hassan Square, the bustling souks, the harbor, and the narrow lanes of the city’s old medina. Savor freshly caught fish for lunch at one of the local eateries. At around 4:00 p.m., you’ll start your journey back to Marrakech, getting back to the ‘Red City’ by approximately 7:00 p.m.
