you will have all the Equipements needed. we will have 10 minutes of exercices in order to warm the muscles, including teaching you the principles of surfing, the take-off on the board which is how to catch and stand on the surf board . later on continue with instructing you in the water until you will be able to catch the wave and ride.. this is a 100% surfing and chilling experience.

Great coaching and great... - Great coaching and great fun. Went with my sister- both total beginners and both managed to get up on the surfboards!

Amazing for beginners and great instructors - I visited Essaouira Watersports in early October and had a really wonderful time. I am very new to surfing, and learnt in a small class with two others. This beach is a great place to learn if you're a beginner! My instructor was Anass and he was wonderful, so helpful and friendly. He showed us the basics while on the beach, and in the sea he helped us to catch some good waves. I had a great time surfing in Essaouira and I hope to come back one day!

Awesome team and great teacher (Ayoub) - We booked in for a 2hour beginner surf lesson on 5th Dec 2024 and we had Ayoub as out teacher he was excellent at explaining everything and we were soon in the water up on our boards. We loves it so much we hired out the surf boards and wetsuits the next day for 3 hours. The whole team were very friendly and flexible, explaining when the tide was at its best and the best time to catch some good waves. We had such a good time and would definitely recommend these guys to book with. Would definitely go again!!

Where you want to come back - Great friendly staff. It was an awesome experience for me as a beginner. My coach was Ayoub. Crazy in a good way and an energetic guy 😄
Clear instructions and incredible emotions on the waves. Out of the dozens of people in the water rest assured you will not lose sight of Ayoub. The Moroccan sun has given this guy incredible energy 😁

Best surf school in Essaouira - Great surf and kitesurf school - instructors are super good vibes, always smiling and the location is ideal, with tons of local foodstalls on the street. I had my classes with Ayoub and it was the best 🤩 I booked another trip to Essaouira and will come back to take classes with Ayoub and Essaouira Watersports 🤟🏼🌊

I became a better surfer this week ! - I looked at at least 20 different surfschools before my trip to Essaouira and i was so glad i chose Essaouira Watersports !
Such a bunch of friendly and motivated friends running a surf school.
This is a real core surfschool, by surfers for surfers.
I especialy enjoyed the sessions with Mehdi. A really good teacher who quickly pointed out my faults as a beginning surfer and really pushed up my level to the point where i took my first big green waves.

Must-do - Very friendly place and very fun to do! Our student-instructor Ayoub was fantastic. Must-do activity in Essaouira!
Tip: Be a bit early so that you have enough time to put on the surfing suit 💪🏽

Phenomenal experience, well worth - The surf lesson was phenomenal. The teacher is engaged and helps you improve. A first time surfer was able to get up multiple times half way through the lesson. In our group were both beginners and experienced surfers and all enjoyed it. FYI, surfing here is best in October and wind surfing is best in the summer as the winds are really high. Even though it was October, the winds were high the day we went but this isn’t always the case.
