Very nice experience - The cooks are very friendly, The setting is beautiful, functional and very clean. Very nice dining experience. Pleasant atmosphere, Everything is well organized and anticipated. We tasted our achievements: -chickpea soup: harira -Saouri sardine tagine It was excellent, The only regret was that we did not have any wine to accompany the meal because the workshop does not have a license for alcoholic beverages.

Lovely insights into Moroccan cooking - This L'Atelier class was a great insight into Moroccan cooking. The pace of the class was pretty relaxed and included a walk to the spice market and some quality time with one of the spice merchants where I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. The meal we cooked was delicious.

A delicious day cooking with superb female chefs! - Awesome cooking class with two amazing female chefs! I had the chance to enjoy the cooking class with only one other student so the experience was even more special' then we went to the spice market and were able to buy local spices, ask questions about Moroccan cuisine, etc. It was really great. A big thank you to the two female chefs who were brilliant in both French and English - we all had a delicious time together and I will keep wonderful memories of this cooking class

Excellent experience! - My husband and I were beginners when it came to cooking and so were slightly apprehensive. However, when we began the workshop, we were immediately put at ease by our wonderful instructors and we ended up having a lovely time while learning lots in the process. The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the pains to translate everything in French and English, as we had a mixed group. They explained the rationale behind different cooking concepts and guided us through step-by-step preparation of couscous with zalouk for starters. While we waited for the food to cook, our instructor, Mariam, took us on a quick visit to the bazaar, where we learnt about different spices and their uses. I was glad that there was no forced shopping of spices. It was just a shop keeper making us smell different spices and explaining its uses. The 4.5 hours flew by and we all shared a meal together in the end. All-in-all, we had an awesome time and we are looking forward to preparing tajines with L’Atelier in future.
