Beautiful meetings in addition to a nice cooking class - A nice meeting, an immersion in a nice family and clear explanations to make recipes at home. Thank you for the good addresses!

We recommend! - It’s a rich experience at both the culinary and human levels. Recommend without hesitation. We prepared the typical Moroccan meal from starter to dessert. Radija accompanied us with great kindness. We were able to eat what we had prepared, in the company of our guests. We learned a lot from Morocco. We thank them for their kindness and hospitality.

Moroccan delicacies - The Moroccan cuisine is very digestible and full of healing spices, so I booked a cooking class in Essaouira with Khadija to learn more about it. Kadhija invites you to her apartment, to her well-equipped kitchen and conveys her cooking in a direct and vivid way, during interesting conversations about spices and tricks and tips. Afterwards, the jointly prepared delicacies are eaten in the salon. Gorgeous, I've rarely eaten so well. Khadija is very sympathetic and friendly and can convey the content very well. Great recommendation.

Not just cooking, but also making friendships - My wife and I love experiencing local culture and cuisine, and there is no better way than to take a local cooking class. Khadija, cook extraordinaire, and her equally skilled sous chef (and husband) Mohamed were the quintessential hosts in their home. Mint tea and cookies transitioned into a lesson on classic tagine cooking, specifically chicken with preserved lemons and olives (throw in some carrots for good measure). Two salads and a heavenly almond paste filled philo pie rounded out the meal. The best part was to share this meal with both of them and learning so much about themselves, their family, and their lives. This class was much more than cooking; it was making new friends! Thank you so much, Khadija and Mohamed, for your warm welcome. We loved the leftovers that night!!

A must-do during your visit to Essaouira - What a wonderful course with Khadija and her husband, Mohammed in their lovely home in Essaouira. We learnt so much about the country and its people alongside participating in cooking some true Moroccan dishes. If you are spending time in this town, make sure you find 4 or 5 hours to learn properly about the local cuisine. You'll be keen to try it out when you get home.

Excellent time for cooking and sharing! - Very good time spent with Khadija who showed us how to prepare 2 very good tagines and a carrot salad. An opportunity to get to know Essaouira better. Great experience!

A trip is not just a scenery, it is mostly faces, stories and shared moments - During our stay in Essaouira, we had the chance to experience much more than just a cooking class. Behind every spice, every gesture transmitted patiently, there was an encounter. One of the ones that stand out, that warm the heart as much as the simmered dishes delight the palate. Beyond the exquisite flavors, it is hospitality, generosity and human wealth that made this experience unforgettable. Because a journey is first and foremost the people we meet and who, for a moment, make us feel at home thousands of kilometres away. Thank you again for this timeless moment dear Khadidja ❤️

Favorite - Like our discovery of Essaouira, our cooking course is a favorite. Khadidja welcomes us in her kitchen with tea and pastries. We had chosen our menu the day before from 3 choices of starters, dishes and desserts. Among other things, we discovered the secrets of candied lemon tagine and shlada. After the course we all have lunch together discussing spices , argon oil and Moroccan life... and what a hospitality! I highly recommend it. I even left with Tupperware for my husband!

Authentic tagine cooking class - We found her on Instagram where you can see she makes delicious tagines. After smooth contact via Whatsapp, we found a moment to cook together. We cut the greens, got valuable tips and sat together at the end to enjoy it. An authentic, cozy and above all tasty experience!
