A wonderful cooking experience - Fatima's cooking class is great! I booked for myself and four foodie teenagers and we had a fabulous morning followed by a superb meal! We loved accompanying Fatima round her local market buying ingredients and then learning how to cook a tagine back at Fatima's apartment. Fatima is very kind and funny and we all learned a lot - my son was particularly interested in how she cuts onions! The tagine was so delicious, as was the amazing aubergine side dish. It was a privilege to experience Moroccan/Berber cuisine at first hand. Really recommend. Thank you Fatima!

A truly wonderful experience! - Fatima was kind fun and personalble. She spoke excellent English. I got to pick what I made and we went to market to buy things and then her home! It was a very intimate and meaningful experience! The food was amazing. I highly recommend. I felt so comfortable and enjoyed cooking with her! Learned some new tricks to take home.

Well worth it!! Full bellies and hearts! - The best we ate in Morocco! Fatima is so kind and knowledgeable, she showed us every step to make couscous with vegetables and chicken tagine with quince. We shared about our lives and food and had a huge feast at the end!

Delicious Experience - It was wonderful to prepare and then taste authentic Moroccan food. Fatima spoke good English and was able to explain everything to us. We loved walking around the local market and shops to buy ingredients and then being welcomed into her home. Extremely good value. Highly recommended.

To do without hesitation! - We chose to cook a chicken, vegetable and prune tagine. Fatima welcomed us into her home after shopping together at the market outside the medina. We prepared, cooked and ate everything together. With all the steps, explanations and tips of Fatima. We had a great time. Fatima and her husband do everything to make you feel comfortable and made us feel very welcome. It's a great experience! I leave with a very good basis to finally know how to make a real tagine!! 😊

Happy cooking with lovely people - A very successful day of classes with the warm and lovely Fatima and a fun little group. After shopping at the souk, we cooked two different tajines and a harira. Very tasty and of course much tastier than in the restaurants. A successful day and highly recommended. We had fun - many thanks again to Fatima and her family

Higly recommended - We had a beautiful day with Fatima. Such a warm, hospitable and funny lady. She brought us to the local market, and we decided what dishes we wanted to cook. Afterwards she opened up her home for us, and we felt the most welcome. The food we made together with the master chef turned out amazing, and we couldn’t be more happy. Thank you so much for the nice experience Fatima!

More a meal than learning how to cook - It really was not a cooking class but we were preparing the vegetables. Some parts were explained to us. Really we had a meal in a lovely ladies house. She herself was fantastic
