We’ll be selecting meats, baked goods, vegetables, and aromatic spices from my acquaintances at their stalls.\n\nYou’ll have the opportunity to pick out the main ingredient for the tajine, with options including beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or a vegetarian selection. *Should you prefer fish, please inform me in advance so that I can arrange for it.\n\nAfterwards, we’ll proceed to my residence, where I’ll brew traditional Moroccan mint tea. Together, we’ll engage in the culinary process, preparing and cooking the meal. Looking forward to our gathering.
