First class clean coach driven impeccably - First class clean Coaches driven safely We booked a return ticket and they allowed us to get the earlier coach than the one we had booked for the return leg. No extra fees Will use again

Not perfect essential service - The buses left at the correct times, are clean and the drivers were available. The only flaw of the trip was that on the morning of the return some roads were closed due to accidents and the driver lengthened the road by almost an hour without warning passengers, risking us missing our flight. There is also a problem is organizational. In fact, it is possible to change the date and time of the trip at any time (until the departure of the bus) but it is not possible to change the chosen route.

Awful boarding staff - Boarding staff disorganised, shouty, power crazy and badly in need of training in people skills. It’s because of them I’m going to be taking the train from now on.

Bad experience - Not a reliable company when it comes to ticket refunds and ticket changes. The website seems to drop you back and forth between pages. Very hard to find the contact details. When you finally reached out they say that you should have asked for a refund no later than 24h prior to departure. Even if you bought your ticket on the departure day. So in result they kept my money. I never had any experience like this before with other companies. I will avoid it from now.

Never again - My coach was at 2.35 from Nottingham to Luton I was at the station at 2.10 waiting At 3.30 I have called National express to see what is going on. I have been told that I should have gone on the next bus to Garwick airport?!?!!? They claim that the bus driver was saying that. Really, I was there, I do not have hearing problem.....It was raining outside. I was inside the station

Shameful Customer Service - I’ve used National Express many times before, but this recent experience was incredibly disappointing. My brothers and I were scheduled to travel from London to Stansted Airport for a holiday, but we had to cancel our trip due to the unfortunate passing of our uncle. When I reached out to customer service to request a refund or even a voucher under these difficult circumstances, my request was denied. It’s disheartening to see that, in the face of such a personal tragedy, the company chose to prioritize business over compassion. This lack of empathy is truly upsetting.

DO NOT take risks: National Express is a D E S A S T R E - Ticket EULLRM64. We bought Stansted-London and returned. BOTH Trips were cancelled. For the first one there was no problem, as there were other buses going to other parts of the city and we had no urgency. The urgency was on the drive back to the airport. We bought stalls on the 17:40 bus, which never arrived. At 18:10 a bus appeared but its driver informed us that he had the order to leave at 18:40. This means that we leave 40 minutes later than the booked and paid time. We could have missed our flight; we saved ourselves because it was Sunday and the trip took less. National Express is an irresponsible, disrespectful, inconsiderate and hugely disorganized company (How can you explain the cancellation of both Reservation Trips?) They had all my contact details (Phone, e-mail, WhatsApp) and did not feel like letting us know about the cancellation of the trip. But then they had the cynicism to email me a satisfaction survey... Avoid headaches and possibly huge expenses. DO NOT use NATIONAL EXPRESS.

National Express is always LATE - This is the 2nd time I use National Express bus to Stansted Airport and it’s late again. Last time it was late for more than 30 minutes. I won’t recommend it.

To forget - Terrible service. On the outward journey everything was fine, while the return journey was an odyssey. Buses every hour non-existent, the 10.00 one was not seen... the 11.00 one since there are only a few of us takes us to another stop to take another line. Two and a half hours to catch the right bus, fortunately we moved in plenty of time otherwise we would miss the flight.

Never Again! - Didnt even use them after I bought my National Express Return Ticket via Ryanair, only to be bounced back between these two horrific companies. Ryan air asked me to contact National Express and National Express bounced me to Ryanair. How on earth I can have Sameday return ticket London to Italy! MAD
