Awesome Tour with Julie!!!! - This is an amazing tour. Our tour guide, Julie, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the park and provided the best service. She picked us up and we followed behind her in our car communicating via two way radios. We saw Elks, Moose etc and the views were amazing. We were able to stop at our request and see whatever we wanted to see and stay as long as we wanted to stay. I couldn't have asked for a better tour and better guide.

Knowledgeable guide - Julie was an excellent guide. As we were the only car doing the tour she came in our car. Her knowledge of the park enabled us to learnt about the geography and the wild life. We had driven through the park on our own and missed loads. I would definitely recommend that you take this trip

Great park experience - Julie was the perfect guide. We drove behind her and she would talk to us on a walkie talkie. She would share facts and history with us the whole way, while pointing out natural wonders. Julie made frequent stops for photo ops and to point things out. I know we would not have seen as much on our own, and if we saw it we wouldn’t know the significance. At the end we went our own way to picnic in the park, and Julie even told us some good picnic spots.

Well rounded trip of RMNP - We enjoyed our trip. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and talked about the park, its history, geology, ecology, flora and fauna. We really enjoyed that he spent time on each topic and had a lot of examples to show us. We traveled with my 89 year old mother and our guide certainly took in consideration her limitations as far as walking distances and my mother also liked the trip. We probably stopped in at least 8 different places. I liked that we stayed away from the Bear Lake area as we have been there on our own quite a few times. Our guide tried very hard to find us some big animals like moose or elk but they just weren’t around on the day of our tour. We live in an area of Colorado where we see moose and elk quite frequently so it probably wasn’t as big a deal to us as it would be for people from other parts of the country. We did see a big group of elk in Estes Park as we headed out of town after the tour. I rate it 4 stars based on the use of the two way radio’s. We really had to strain at times to hear what our guide was telling us over the radio and had to travel windows up to help hear. We missed some of what was said and that was unfortunate. Overall, a very good introduction to Rocky Mountain National Park and I would recommend to anyone who’s coming to the park for the first time or those who want to get really immersive.

No shows - We got an email confirmation of the tour yesterday, arrived 15 minutes early, as directed, but no one from Estes Park Guided Tours ever showed up. We called the number provided and left a voicemail and sent an email to the address in the confirmation. No response to either. At 5pm we noticed our money had been refunded. No one bothered to respond, explain, apologize for wasting our day. Obviously very disappointed with this company.

Solo traveler - I was excited to book a tour but they require a minimum of 2 people according to their website. I'm so disappointed. I guess I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Unresponsive - I am disappointed that the customer service does NOT to queries in a timely manner. There are queries in their pretrip waiver form that could potentially compromise security but no rationale is offered
