A Perfect, Seamless, and Unforgettable Day! - This tour was absolutely flawless from start to finish. We saw three incredible, world-class sites—Windsor Castle, Salisbury Cathedral, and Stonehenge—without a single moment of stress. Our guide was the star of the show; Pete’s knowledge was brilliant, but his real magic was in logistics. He knew exactly how to navigate the day to avoid the worst of the queues, making us feel like VIPs. The driving was quick and comfortable, and ending the magnificent day with a lovely dinner was the perfect touch. If you want to see these sights in a single day, this is without a doubt the best way to do it. Highly, highly recommended!

Great tour of Windsor, Stonehenge, and Bath with Doug from Kingdom Private Tours - We had the BEST tour with the "Amazing Doug", "Douglas", "D-Man" from Kingdom Private Tours. He really went above and beyond and made our entire day extra special. He far exceeded our expectations with his knowledge of all the places we visited plus many more descriptions and history of other places along the route. He made us feel safe, comfortable, he was friendly, kept us on time for everything that we wanted to fit into one day (Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath), and kept us laughing with his great sense of humor. Listening to his stories, and laughing at his jokes was an extra delightful perk with our Kingdom Tour. The next time we visit London we'll be sure to book with Kingdom tours and Doug again!

Peak tourist experience - Viator's system is easy to use, and this private 12-hour tour has got to be one of the highlights among their offerings (not inexpensive for two couples, but wholly well worth it) . Even better was our tour guide Moe A., who was perfection personified. We'd have been happy just hanging out with him all day, even aside from the Viator tour. He anticipated our every need and desire, was flexible about the itinerary (for example, when one aspect of our timing changed during the trip, he offered multiple helpful suggestions and gave us options resulting in a seamless experience), and he imparted broad & deep knowledge about the areas, sights, and people underlying our adventure. And when he wasn't quite certain about the answers to a few questions, he was honest about his need to research it. Moe walked us in so we could skip the admission lines at each venue, and even arranged a private docent-led tour for the 4 of us at one venue. We cannot sufficiently express how thrilled we were with Moe's provision to us of his professional tour guide services. Bottom line: If you get Moe as your tour guide, you're fortunate indeed. I hope the others are half as good!

Enjoyable day trip outside of London. - At our request we actually went to Avebury, Lacock and Bath. Peter promptly picked us up at our hotel. He texted before arrival. He was very informative, kept us supplied with water. The van was very clean. The day was enjoyable. We would recommend Peter again.

Perfectly relaxing way to explore Bath, Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral - We took a private van to visit Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge and Bath. Our driver, Kenny, was very nice and super helpful. We enjoyed everything about the experience and it was particularly nice to be able to rest and relax in the air conditioning in between stops.

Extremely Disappointing - Unprepared for Families and Poor Value - While the pre-tour communication with the manager, Charles, was excellent, the actual experience on the day of our tour was a significant letdown, deserving of only one star. We were a family of six adults and two infants, and we booked this private tour specifically for the convenience and expertise it promised. Unfortunately, it delivered on neither. The day started on a stressful and disappointing note. Our driver, Moe, arrived on time, but the two infant car seats we had specifically requested were not the correct type (they were for toddlers) and were not installed. Moe had no idea how to install them, admitting he didn't have children himself. My husband had to spend the first 25 minutes of our tightly scheduled day watching YouTube tutorials to figure out how to safely install the European-style seats. This immediately put us behind schedule and set a negative tone for the entire day. Unfortunately, the issues continued with our guide, Moe. He seemed to lack the flexibility and awareness needed for a tour with infants, often choosing to give his historical spiels precisely when the babies were crying in the car. He could have easily waited for a quieter moment, but he seemed inflexible. His delivery was often mumbled and difficult to hear, and honestly, we learned very little from him. At Stonehenge, the one location where he was meant to be our dedicated on-site guide, his performance was particularly lackluster. After a brief introduction, he told us, "My job is done, I'm going to go now." I was shocked and had to specifically ask him to stay with our group in case we had questions. The desire to do the bare minimum and leave us was a recurring theme. In fact, some of our family members used the official Stonehenge audio guide and found it far more informative than our guide. Due to the initial car seat delay, we were constantly rushed. We missed the promised photo stop in Eton entirely, and the walking tour of Bath was reduced to a quick drive-around. It was particularly frustrating that after rushing our family all day, our driver then stopped for his own personal coffee break on the way home—time he could have easily taken while we were touring the Roman Baths on our own. The advertised amenities like Wi-Fi were never mentioned, and the included bottled water was left in the trunk rather than being offered. The final straw was at the end of the day when Moe presented us with a form to sign, stating we were "fully satisfied" with the tour. This was an incredibly awkward and uncomfortable position to be in before a two-hour drive home. For a tour costing our family over £1,300 (including the tickets), our expectations were not met in the slightest. The primary benefit of a private tour—personalized service and flexibility for a family—was completely absent. I cannot recommend this company for families with young children, as they are simply not equipped to handle their needs.
