Embark on an exciting half-day private excursion to the renowned Windsor Castle. We provide a convenient pick-up service from your accommodation in a spacious tour vehicle, with a personal driver/tour guide. A brief journey of 45 minutes to an hour gets you to the castle. As we drive, our guide will entertain you with anecdotes about the castle, the Monarch and Britain’s Royal lineage. They will accompany you to the entrance of the castle and offer tips on how best to navigate the castle and its major attractions. Please note that our guides will not accompany you within any section of Windsor Castle, including its grounds. Subsequently, you’ll be free to explore independently using the castle’s audio guide, which covers the state apartments, the doll house, and the chapel. Your tour guide will await you at the exit, in the vehicle, to drive you through the picturesque village of Eton as we return to London and drop you back at your place of stay. The tour allocates 3 hours for you to discover the castle at your own pace. If you complete early, you can use your remaining time for shopping or dining at a local pub in the charming town of Windsor.
