Our tour guide and driver was Dave. He was VERY knowledgeable about the history of Eureka Springs and surrounding areas. It’s clear he has done a great deal of study. But he was also very personable and funny, without being deprecating or crude. We happened to be taking our tour during the town’s annual Volkswagen parade through town, which tied up traffic all through the downtown area. But Dave knew ways around the bottlenecks and got us where we needed to go. If we’re ever back in Eureka Springs, we’ll probably take this tour again. Lots of fun.
