How to get from Galeao GIG Airport to Copacabana or Ipanema by UBER - At the airport there is no signage even for the transfer bus, and with great difficulty we found a large UBER stop area. When ordering Uber, the application confuses, and you have to put setor uber aeroporto galeao, there indicate setor rosso, verde or laranja to meet the driver (the three are stuck together, put any one and go there). Near door 1 of arrivals there is a small hallway with a half-blue sign that says UBER, in 50 meters you reach a sector only for UBER. Everything is organized to NOT find it and take the yellow taxis, which charge about 120 reais, when Uber to Copacabana charges 70.

Great service but wrong arrivals exit - The transfer was excellent, we were driven in a nice car all the way to Buzios and arrived around 9pm to our hotel. I will say this: we arrived in the domestic arrivals, and no one was waiting for us as promised. We called the company many timed and no one answered. Finally, I had the idea to check at international arrivals, and there they were! They actually have a booth right next to the international arrivals exit, so go there if you can’t find your driver! :)

Ruined the end of our vacation - The trunk opened on the highway on the way to the airport, a suitcase flew and the driver realized it at the airport, said he couldn't come back to get it and left!! They didn't give me a cent for what I lost
