We invite you to a remarkable journey onboard our Premium Italian RIB, traversing the UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Jurassic Coast. With a limit of only 7 spots per excursion, you will appreciate exploring this magnificent strip of coastline along with a small group, ensuring an intimate and memorable journey.
-
Orcombe Point - Exmouth serves as the entrance to the Jurassic Coast. On this journey, we will explore the initial miles of this breathtaking Unesco World Heritage Site. After leaving the Marina, we’ll travel along Exmouth’s 2-mile sandy beach and arrive at Orcombe Point, the official beginning of the Jurassic Coast. The impressive red sandstone cliffs here date back to the Triassic period, making them the oldest on the Jurassic Coast, over 250 million years old.
-
Jurassic Coast - Following Orcombe Point, we continue to Straight Point, passing Sandy Bay beach and holiday park. The headland at Straight Point is an active firing range managed by the Royal Marines, so you might hear some gunfire (there is a marked exclusion zone with a patrol vessel, ensuring our safety as we pass by). As we approach Budleigh, we’ll cruise close to the cliffs, allowing you to appreciate their natural beauty up close.
-
Ladram Bay - After passing Budleigh Salterton, we’ll encounter more stunning cliffs and small bays before reaching Ladram Bay. Ladram Bay is exceptionally beautiful from the water, with its red cliffs, pebble beach, and multiple red rock stacks rising from the water. If conditions permit, we can navigate between them for a closer view. These rock stacks are considered some of the finest examples in the British Isles.
