Highlights
  • Artemis Karamolegos Winery - Our wine tour begins at Karamolegos Winery, one of the oldest family-run wine producers in Santorini!

You can visit the winery and observe the entire winemaking process, including the tanks, fermentation barrels, impressive aging cellars, and traditional presses.

Wine tasting is held in the courtyard, where a specialized enologist introduces each wine and informs visitors about the winemaking process and technical characteristics.

  • Estate Argyros - A modern art winery, established in 1903, combines contemporary winemaking culture with a respect for tradition.
Since its inception, there has been a focus on both winemaking and vine growing, with a deep understanding that great grapes are always a prerequisite for great wines.
Estate Argyros works almost exclusively with old vines, as only these vineyards can provide the depth, definition, and concentration needed to produce the desired style of wine.

  • Pyrgos - One of the oldest villages, offering a glimpse into the picturesque traditional villages of the past. The former island capital, with its small and magical paths, gives you the opportunity to explore this amazing place up to the top of Pyrgos, where you can find the Church of the Virgin Mary, built in 1660, and the old Kasteli castle.

  • Venetsanos Winery - Numerous awards and stunning, picturesque views.
Enjoy your wine tasting while overlooking the breathtaking views of Caldera’s Cliffs, with the sunset making your experience unique.
Venetsanos Winery was built in 1947 by the Venetsanos family and became the first industrial winery on the island. Its most distinguishing feature is its structural design, which from the beginning essentially used gravity to facilitate energy efficiency, at a time when access to electricity and other energy sources was very limited.
