Fantastic place! - A fantastic day out to do the meerkat experience. The ticket price included admission to wildlife park. Such an amazing with really knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean facilities, a cafe selling packed lunches for kids and much more, and lots of seating areas . Highly recommended.

Great day out with family and kids! Places like this are a hidden gem this country needs to do more to help - From the moment we got there all the staff were first class interacting with us and the children! They were very polite and helpful! Really refreshing to see! The lead person is very good at his job as was everyone! Would definitely recommend and just hope they get the funding they really deserve!!

Fun, low-key, friendly place to discover animals - Spent a lovely afternoon at Eagle Heights. It’s a low-key, safe, friendly venue where my daughter and her friends could watch animals such as meerkats and huskies. The cafe is lovely and serves delicious cakes. Highlight was the Birds of Prey show led by Brad - it was entertaining and funny.

Incredible day out with wonderful creatures, knowledgeable staff in a beautiful spot! - We had a fantastic time here. We went as a family and all enjoyed the experience. The bird displays are brilliant and the staff extremely knowledgeable. The birds and other animals are clearly well cared for and what a lovely spot with beautiful views. This is a not for profit charitable organization that relies on public money to care for these incredible birds and animals and what a privilege to see them where so much wildlife is now under threat.

Second Visit Did Not Disappoint! Another Fantastic Day Out! - Second Visit Did Not Disappoint! Another Fantastic Day Out! This was the second time of visiting Eagle Heights, and this years visit meant we had the pleasure of 2 falconry shows with Bradley. He is young, new to the role and incredibly knowledgeable! He was welcoming, engaging and answered all of my questions 😬 Having been a falconer when I was really young, I'd not been lucky enough to find a job doing it - we aren't located anywhere close enough for it to be feasible unfortunately! So it's great to have days out and experiences where I can share my passion and learn more! I highly recommend a visit! All the staff are extremely friendly. They have a lovely little gift shop. You can have an afternoon tea. They do a selection of sandwiches, drinks and cakes. There is a small play area too. The animals are well cared for and kept beautifully clean. Thank you to all at Eagle Heights for our day today, we had a great time!

Amazing day out - Had an amazing day. The Eagles are so spectacular and we felt so privileged to be able to see them fly to us. Ron has a great knowledge of all the birds and was a great guide. Would definitely recommend booking the Eagle experience to anyone thinking about it.

Bird show a must see if you visit - A very last minute decision to visit (we didn't make any plans for the weekend but the weather was gorgeous). Admission price reasonable. We timed our arrival for 12 o'clock birds of prey show. Enjoyed it thoroughly, it was informative, funny and made a lasting impression. During the show one of the spectators fell ill and the bird handler immediately halted the show and called for help, which was very admirable. Shows people there care about their visitors. Show resumed shortly so we definitely felt like they tried their best to carry on. Loved the alpacas, didn't like the creepy marabou stork (totally my personal opinion). I believe they have several experiences available, such as birds of prey, huskies, alpacas and meerkats. I feel like maybe just an admission might feel underwhelming if you are not there for the bird show. Would love to see a donkey there, I love donkeys.

Very enjoyable visit - An enjoyable and informative day out, I learnt so much. Parking was full on arrival, but they have a large overflow car park with plenty of space. Once inside despite being busy, it never felt crowded except after the show when many rushed to get refreshments and a queue formed (so get drinks in early). The birds are the star attractions, however there were many other animals in pens to keep young children interested. There are two flying displays daily and both use different birds, so if you stay for both, you won't be disappointed. Birds do fly directly overhead and you will get up close to all of them no matter where you sit. There is a small play area for very young children and plenty of picnic tables, however, you need to eat inside so as not to attract the birds of prey. This warning about food also applies to those watching the display, don't bring any food and don't have it accessible or the caracaras will take it, hurting themselves and you in the process. The view of the surrounding countryside was also impressive. If I had to find a fault, it would be the space allocated to each animal, which was limited. But knowing that the foundation needs visitors to raise funds for expansion, it's something to aspire to rather than a complaint.

More space for the animals required especially as there was plenty of room. - Reasonably priced attraction for a two hour visit. We were most concerned about the cages the animals are kept in. The birds appeared tethered to the spot and the huskies barely had any room to move about. The meerkats were really poor. The show was excellent. The chap doing it had fantastic knowledge of the birds and had their welfare this heart.
