At Ezeiza (EZE) Airport:

For international arrivals, our driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name right in front of Havanna Coffee, conveniently located on your left after completing all the controls.

For domestic flights, as the terminal is small, our driver will be easy to spot with a sign displaying your name.

At Aeroparque Internacional Jorge Newbery (AEP): For domestic arrivals, our meeting point is Café Tostado. A team member will be waiting for you with a sign. It is easy to find.

Regarding waiting times, we monitor the ETA (estimated time of arrival) and will be at the airport in time for domestic flights, and approximately 20 to 30 minutes later for international arrivals. Control times can vary between 30 and 90 minutes.

After meeting, you will walk together to the parking lot to take the car to your destination in Buenos Aires. The journey from Ezeiza to any neighborhood in the city, such as Palermo, Recoleta, or San Telmo, can take between 45 to 90 minutes depending on traffic.
