Great communication. Don't bother with the bus service from airport - Loved their communication. Contacted prior to leaving the country 2 days prior. Instructions were easy for pickup. Right outside of international exit. Gave us time to use the facilities before they went to retrieve the car. Manuel was great, good english and talked as much as we wanted... The car wasn't brand new, but it didn't matter to us. Safe and considerate driver. Loved the service and communication.

The communication prior... - The communication prior to our arrival was great, we received the text informing us that they will be there with our name. Once we arrived, we texted them that we have arrived and they told us where to meet the driver. The driver didn’t speak English and we used google translate and weee able to communicate.
