Reliable Travel - My pick up from EZE went very smoothly. I received detailed instruction on my pick up point and exactly how to get there from when I exit the baggage area. Since this was my first time flying into EZE, it was great to have the confidence on where to go rather than bumbling around and advertising to the world that I have no idea where I am going. The driver also gave me very useful information on where to go, which all turned out to be solid suggestions and not tourist trap activities.

No complaints - As everyone has already noted, communication and follow-up were excellent. I knew exactly how to get to the meeting point thanks to the excellent instructions. The ride was also pleasant with lots of useful tips for my short trip to BA.

Would use again - This was my first time using them and communication was good throughout the process. The driver was polite and drove safely. I had to meet them outside at the passenger pickup car area.

Best communication! - I recommend this service without hesitation! There was clear communication about what to expect prior to our trip. When we landed in EZE, we connected to the EZE WiFi. We kept in frequent communication through immigration, baggage claim, customs, and going outside to the meet up spot. Everything was as explained. Furthermore, our ride was comfortable and even informative, pointing out different neighborhoods and simple things to know, like the difference between a kiosk and bodega (it’s different from how we use these words in New York!). We felt very safe and even relaxed. Book now!

Easy and Efficient Transport - EZE to Puerto Madero - Very easy and convenient. Clear instructions for pickup. Easy communications via Whatsapp (other options available, but Whatsapp was easiest for me). Prompt and efficient service getting me to my hotel with no hassles. After a long overnight flight from the US to BA, it was nice to not have to worry about transport.

Stress free transfer!!! - Cesar was amazing for my transfer from EZE airport to my hotel in Buenos Aires. He was there right when I exited the airport and his car was spotless (there was also a bottle of water waiting for me!). He pointed out landmarks as we drove and gave suggestions for spending my first day in the city. I happened to leave one of my bags in his car and he came back the next day to drop it off. So nice! And his communication via whatsapp was excellent. He even sent me a picture of himself and his car a few days before my trip so I knew who to look for! I highly recommend this service. My experience as a foreigner visiting Argentina for the first time was seamless thanks to this business!!!

Great service! - We we safely transported from Ezeiza to la Zona Norte with a small surcharge for the extra distance. Service was on time, polite, and friendly. Communication was easy via WhatsApp. If I were going back I’d definitely book again!
