Vague viewing with the naked eye. But still great experience - Michael, our tour guide was very friendly. We trued several locations and got to see some northern lights although better through the camera. It was minimal activity. That’s not the tour guides fault though. We still had fun and the stars were also spectacular. We even saw a falling star. I can’t wait to see how the photos turn out that Michael took.
He was very patient with us! Safe driver too.

Even though we had a... - Even though we had a rental car and looked up the prime locations, I don’t think we would have seen the Northern Lights without the guide. He knew where to go and how to spot them. A few times we wouldn’t have even known what to look for because the lights were so faint. Absolutely recommend! But…be patient! It is true that at times we were all just sitting there and waiting…think of it as a rainbow. You never know when it will appear.

Highly Recommend This Aurora Tour! - After many failed attempts during our stay to see the Aurora Borealis, we finally had the best experience with Michael. He was professional, punctual, and made us feel completely comfortable in his RV. He provided water, snacks, and hot chocolate, which added a nice touch to the evening. Despite the low chances of seeing the lights, Michael never gave up on us, and his determination paid off—we finally got to witness the magical Northern Lights!
We highly recommend this tour 100%! Thank you, Michael, for the unforgettable experience and the amazing photos!

Good experience. - Very nice experience. The guide took us in a RV to the North of Fairbanks, far from the city lights, where we saw the aurora borealis. I recommend this tour.

Perfect experience - We had a really good time and the tour guides were super nice!! They took wonderful pictures of my family and me and the tent they have for us to wait for the northern lights was amazing!! Not to mention they offer us some hot beverages and snacks

Breathtaking! - I did a last minute booking but turned out to be the best thing on my Alaska trip. Michael was very helpful and friendly throughout, and knows his stuff, including photography, really well!

Aurora Chasing Tour - The tour with Michael was great. We got picked up promptly from the chosen pick up location. He brought us to a few different spots to see the lights. We were fortunate enough to get to see the lights. He even takes pictures with their camera and sends them to you at the end of the tour. Highly recommend doing this tour if you want a chance at spotting The Northern Lights.

It was amazing and unforgettable trip forever! - I’ve always wanted to see the Northern Lights, and this time I finally made it happen in Fairbanks! This trip was amazing! The beauty of the lights exceeded my expectations—so vibrant and breathtaking. It felt like I was in a dream! This experience was truly unforgettable, and I can finally cross the Northern Lights off my wish list! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see the Aurora!
