Great Aurora Viewing Experience - Let me start by saying guides are very professional, dedicated and care about their visitors. If you want to see the Northern Lights in Fairbanks Alaska definitely use this experience. Weather was -30F during our visit and having this warm cabin with food and tea helped a lot. We did hotel pick up because as first timers we read reviews mentioning road might be tricky. Driver was on time with a full group which was exciting. We arrived to the cabin around 30 mins after. It’s fully equipped with everything you want to stay warm and busy enjoying the night while monitoring the view for the exposure to come out. It’s pretty cold outside you don’t want to be waiting or venturing by yourself in a car to do it might be dangerous. We got professional photos. Kindly took photos more than once the aurora peaked. Feel bad for the photographer that stays out taking poses of everyone while our feet were freezing. We got to see the aurora fully above (not from the start but eventually). I have to stay even we had only saw a little of it would’ve still been a good experience because of the hosts and entire setup. Skies have to be clear and you have to be lucky to it pass above you. No one can really predict when and for how long it stays, but if it’s showing above fairbanks then you’ll definitely see it at this cabin. It’s away from city lights, which is needed to see. Amazing aurora borealis viewing point and experience. Will return.

Amazing Experience! - We got lucky and had the place to ourselves, so the guide took a ton of pics of us! It was awesome! We got lucky and saw the lights shortly after 10pm in an incredible show, and the guide airdropped us all the gorgeous shots he took before we left. Coolest thing ever! Book this for sure! (Even if you don’t see the lights, the lounge was great, full of board games/couches/tables/snacks, and the scenery is breathtaking from the beautiful windows)

Excellent experience - We saw the Aurora while at Aurora Camp! I feel it was money well spent. It is a great location to view the Aurora, since it was cold and a bit windy we did appreciate going into the cabin intermittently to warm up. The photos taken of us by the host were awesome. We also utilized the complimentary snacks (chips/cup noodles) and hot beverages offered. Having a bathroom is also a plus. Would definitely go again.

Beyond Incredible Customer Service - Pick this tour! - Well, Mother Nature said "not this time" for the Northern Lights. So, we spent 5 days in Fairbanks, and we did not see any lights. The review is for the tour company and the incredible level of customer service. I got a text from Joy at the Aurora Camp as we were flying to Fairbanks. She told us the weather was not good for viewing and offered to cancel or rebook. I was just so impressed with the level of service!!! She indicated the weather was forecasted to be poor all week, but told me that if the weather was to improve, we could let her know and just come up. Most companies would just take our money and tell us, "oh well, you never know about the weather." But not Joy at the Aurora Camp. Can't speak highly enough of them for the stellar level of service.

Wonderful tour!!! - This tour was wonderful, the tour guide had good communication since earlier in the day and picked me up on time. At the campsite his wife and him were great hosts and as soon as we got there, we were able to see the lights perfectly starting because it was a no light site. Very nice camp with a lot of snacks and refreshments, and we were able to be warm inside as we were able to watch or wait for the lights. Very cozy nice ambient the whole time. I was able to get dropped off at the airport after the tour.

There are lots of chips,... - There are lots of chips, hot chocolate, and other snacks onsite. Other snacks included popcorn that would be freshly made from a microwave bag, possibly cookies freshly made, and we had pizza made on site. There was also cup of noddles and board games like smart a**, dominos, a mini foosball table you can put on the table. There were also mini travel games and chess and checkers. They had a screen that shows if we can see it so you can stay inside until it shows. There is a bathroom inside the heated cabin that you hang at. My GPS said it was a 36 minute drive and it was closer to an hour. Some of those dark and windy roads with snow seem like they should be done at 20-35. I would double your drive time. It’s ok to be late as you would join the group whenever it works.

The hosts were very... - The hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. The lodge provided snacks, food, and various drinks throughout the stay. The hotel transport was rather chilly for subzero winter temperatures.
