Northern lights - The sky was really clear and the northern lights were not completely powerful, but our driver Evan guided us to a location where they were amazing and took us photos! It was a dream!

Wonderful experience, we learned so much about Alaska - We went to Fairbanks hoping to see the Northern Lights. We understood that they couldn’t guarantee a sighting but our guide’s knowledge of where to go and what to look for made our trip a success even with low sunspot activity. We enjoyed the ice museum and soaking in the hot spring but seeing the Northern Lights was the highlight of the tour thanks to our guide Jessica!

Evan is the Guide to get! - It’s all about the guide! Evan made our trip amazing. The museum and springs were wonderful. A little rustic so don’t expect luxury but nice all the same. Lights were the highlight and Evan took us to a remote place to see them.

Good tour, hot springs felt great - Our guide was excellent (sorry, we had so many different tours, the names are a jumble) but she stopped several times on the way home in hopes to see the lights better for the folks on our tour who hadn't seen them yet. We had plenty of time at the lodge to enjoy the hot springs.

Northern lights and chena hot spring - Gina was our tour guide. She was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable about our tours and the history of Fairbanks. She went out of her way to make sure that we didn't need anything on all 4 tours. She helped us with our phones to make sure that we could get the best picture of the northern lights. She went beyond the call of duty as our tour guide. I absolutely love Gina. She had great energy and what an amazing person she is. I totally recommend her.

Gina’s northern lights - Gina was our tour guide! She was the best!! She was very informative, gave us all the details of the tour plus gave us background information on Alaska and Fairbanks, very knowledgeable about the state of Alaska and answered all of our questions, very friendly, courteous, and went out of her way to make sure we saw the northern lights which we did! She made four different stops to assure that we got the best and most perfect picture and helped us with our cameras to make sure we could get the best image . The tour itself was amazing as well, Chena Hot Springs does not disappoint, food was good and the ice museum was very unique and a lot of fun! I highly recommend this tour and make sure you ask for Gina and tip her big!!! She deserves a raise, she’s a very hard worker and a true asset to this company!!

China Hot Springs - Restaurant was very good. Hot springs was nice being a wonderful experience in very cold weather. Aurora started kicking so we weren't in springs long as we got out to go take photos. It was an amazing display. Very pleased.

Good Tour - Guide was very helpful and informative- we had more than enough time at the Chena resort to relax in the hot springs. The resort itself seems a bit outdated and a little run down but the people were incredibly nice and we enjoyed ourselves.
