We offer small group transportation services. Our team will take you to the service center and guide you through the Ice Museum and Hot Spring area. You won’t be left alone; we will assist you with your belongings if needed while you explore the Ice Museum. We not only provide transportation but also exceptional tour guide services.

Highlights
  1. Guests will be picked up at their hotel or can meet at the designated meeting point.
  2. Chena Hot Spring Resort is approximately 60 miles from Fairbanks, requiring about 1 hour and 20 minutes for travel. Departure is scheduled for 9:30 am.
  3. Upon arrival, the tour guide will escort guests to the meeting point for the Aurora Ice Museum Tour. The Aurora Ice Museum is the world’s largest year-round ice environment, constructed from over 1,000 tons of ice and snow. Completed in January 2005, it maintains a cool 25° Fahrenheit (-7° Celsius) inside. The tour lasts about 45 minutes, and guests can enjoy an Appletini served in an ice glass.
  4. Following the tour, the guide will meet guests at the service center and escort them to the Chena Hot Spring for relaxation.
  5. After enjoying the Hot Spring, guests are free to explore the remarkable resort.
  6. Guests will reconvene at the service center at 3 pm to return to Fairbanks. Punctuality is appreciated.
