- Upon arrival, the tour guide will escort guests to the Hot Spring area, where they can sign the waiver and enjoy the hot springs. The hot spring pass is included in the package.
- For those interested in the Aurora Ice Museum Tour, tickets can be purchased at the service desk for the 3 pm tour. Tickets are not included and it is highly recommended to buy them online through the Chena Hot Spring official website in advance during the holiday season. The Aurora Ice Museum is the world’s largest year-round ice environment, constructed from over 1,000 tons of ice and snow. Completed in January 2005, it maintains a cool 25° Fahrenheit (-7° Celsius) inside. The tour lasts about 45 minutes, and guests can enjoy an Appletini served in an ice glass.
- After the tour, guests should meet the tour guide at the service center or in the car between 3:45 pm and 4 pm to return to Fairbanks. Punctuality is appreciated.
- Guests will be dropped off at their hotel or the meeting points.

The driver was friendly... - The driver was friendly and we felt safe traveling on the snowy roads to the hot springs. It was nice to nap in the car on the ride back into town.

Must Do in Fairbanks - great tour, really cool to be in the hot springs surrounded by the snow & beautiful landscapes! hank was an awesome guide, definitely recommend!
