Captain Herb, Gabe and... - Captain Herb, Gabe and Ricky took great care of me, my wife and two kids. Beautiful island destination. Would definitely recommend.

Book with Capt. Chris - Went out with Capt Chris, one word , fun. He was a great guide and from the U.S. so the trip was even better because there was no translation barrier. He took is out snorkeling and even danced with is on the boat, it was a good time.

Great family day - We had a great time snorkeling, swimming, and playing in the water. Our guides were friendly and helped my kids feel safe!

Relaxing yacht all your own - Such a luxury to spend the day with Capt Herb, and First Mate Ricky along the coral reef. They pulled in amidst the crowded tour boats and created our private ocean sanctuary whilst pampering us with yummy food such as starfruit, beverages [adult and nonadult] and barbecue chicken. Easy and friendly conversation flowed with shared details of life on PR and tips for the remaining days of our vacation. The tour is a ride out to the island where you can snorkel, hang out on the beach and enjoy the boat for a few relaxing hours at your pace. They provided snorkel gear so no need to pack yours. Bring your own towels. Ask about their bio-bay knowledge, seems like a must-do when we return. Such a special day on a private yacht visiting starfish, manatees, rays and schools of fish.

Disappointed - This excursion was not what they promised me when i booked it. There’s no yacht. It’s a sailboat, a tiny one. There was no way this boat could hold 7 people safely. Plus the captain & the single man who was supposed to be the crew. The pictures did not match. There was no open bar. Food was prepared in front of us and wasn’t clean. The person i talked to before the excursion wasn’t even there. No life jackets . Couldn’t get off the boat to even enjoy the beach because the boat docked so far out. Ricky was nice, but this was not a 1,800 excursion at all!!

Cancelled without notice - Don’t like to leave negative feedback but just was cancelled only after I chased to confirm the booking. Paid well in advance and now told (again only because I chased the captain) that the boat needed repairs. There are plenty of people who have good reviews so would just advise that frequent and proactive communication is important — and not a strength of the company.
