A great way to learn about Falmouth! - Very interesting and entertaining tour! Will was our tour guide and he speaks clearly and well, plus plays a musical instrument (like a small accordion) as you walk. His stories are generally historical, but he also gives information about the modern town. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Great walking tour - This is a wonderful tour. Our guide, Bobby, was very informative. It was obvious that he and his partner had done extensive research on the area and history of Falmouth. We enjoyed walking through the town and hearing various stories about the town. We also enjoyed hearing the other guide play his accordion for his group. We give the tour 5+++++++ stars!

Walk with a 'pirate'. - The Falmouth Uncovered Walking Tour is a good way to get an insight into the history of Falmouth. The guide is dressed up in an 18th C style of clothing. At the time of our walk there were 2 guides, our guide was really good and I am sure the other one was as well. They had interesting little stories and facts on the area. There was only one steepish hill on the walk. The guide talks through a small loudspeaker which was clear enough.

Packed with History - A summers day had us in the company of 'Tennessee Bob' for a Walking Tour of Falmouth. From the early days before Falmouth was even named, through to the industrial revolution up to WWII.
A walk through and around Falmouth with Bob leading the Tour was an absolute delight, seeing original 500 year old walls and roads, the docks and some of the original buildings really bought the place to life.
We learnt so much more about Falmouth than we could ever have done without Bob leading the Tour.
A prompt start at 11am at Grove place finishing at Prince of Wales Pier.

An informative and fun tour through Falmouth’s past - Even though I have lived in the area for years I learned so much. Thoroughly enjoyed myself and would recommend it if you have 90 mins free to discover the fascinating past of Falmouth. Thanks Bobby 😁

Interesting, informative and entertaining - I thought I knew Falmouth quite well but I learnt so much more about it thanks to the entertaining and informative walking tour. Our guide Bobby, spoke about the history and growth of Falmouth from it's early days with the piratical Killigrew family to the rise and fall of the Falmouth Packet and the development of the use of the natural deep-water harbour with such enthusiasm and knowledge he gave a vivid glimpse of what life would have been like in times past and the town's relevance to the world beyond these shores. Added to this we had some wonderful views to enjoy in the beautiful Cornish sun! I recommend this to anyone wanting to know more about Falmouth whether a visiting tourist or a resident of Cornwall.

Solid experience - The history was great, but the stories got a bit tedious. Would have loved to hear how people today make their money and how they live here. Very talented and clever, especially on the squeeze box. A bit of the pied piper in him I would say.
