The dining options at the village reflect Jamaica’s rich culinary heritage, offering visitors a taste of authentic island flavors.

The adventure begins with an afternoon pickup, providing a comfortable, air-conditioned drive into the vibrant city of Falmouth. The locals are renowned for “mek fashion” with seasonal ingredients, allowing visitors to taste a variety of dishes such as ackee (when in season) & saltfish, crab/lobster (when in season), beef/chicken patties, natural juices, Jamaican hotdogs, and Jamaican popsicles. Between food stops, there will be short breaks to discuss the history of the food, its current significance in society, and the ingredients/process used in cooking.
