Great experience - Everyone in our group loved this experience. We ate at the restaurant before going out on the water. Food was enjoyed by all. It was a bit chaotic when they were ready to board the boats but it worked out in the end.

Falmouth Mystic Lagoon Tours are nothing short of extraordinary - Words cannot adequately describe the enchanting experience we had at Falmouth mystic Lagoon Tours! This magical excursion was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that left us in awe of the natural wonders this world has to offer. Rashidi, our incredible organiser, played a pivotal role in making this night truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Rashidi greeted us with a warm smile and an infectious enthusiasm for what was to come. His professionalism and passion for his job were evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our evening was taken care of. As we embarked on the boat tour into the lagoon, the anticipation grew. The boat glided smoothly over the water, and boat captain provided us with fascinating insights about the lagoon's history, the science behind its luminous glow, and the importance of preserving this extraordinary ecosystem. And then it happened! The water around us began to emit an otherworldly glow as we dipped our hands into the luminous lagoon. It was as if we were surrounded by a sea of stars, and the sight was breathtaking! The boat was skillfully navigated to the best spots, ensuring that each member of the group had a chance to fully experience the awe-inspiring phenomenon. The lagoon came alive with bioluminescence, and we were mesmerized by the glittering trails created by our movements in the water. We left Falmouth Mystic Lagoon with hearts full of gratitude and memories that will be cherished forever. If you're looking for a magical experience that connects you with the marvels of nature, Falmouth mystic Lagoon tours is an absolute must! Thank you, Rashidi, and the entire team at Falmouth mystic Lagoon tour, for giving us a night we will always treasure. We can't wait to return and relive the magic again!

Went for the blue water but returned for the FOOD and VIBES! - My family (ages 3 to 45) and I visited Falmouth Mystic Lagoon for the first time in December 2022. While the tour was not much different than what we've experienced at other nearby venues offering tours that show-off the dinoflagellates that give the water its mysterious blue glow, we loved the food, atmosphere and entertainment (DJ and fire show) so much that we went twice during our short stay in Falmouth! As a group of foodies who know good music and Jamaican cuisine well--we were thoroughly pleased. We will be back for sure!

Just Ok - The actual cruise was great. The food wasn’t all that great. They didn’t tell us the oxtails and goat was included and gave us a bill. The oxtails were oily and salty.

Confusing - The lagoon water was good. It was very confusing when we got there. The bus driver was the one giving us directions. The dinner was included but no one there seems to know what to do about getting our order placed.

This water isn’t blue - Tourist trap. The water isn’t blue, the four hour trip was three hours driving. The boat took you just off the beach, we could have had a better experience of the hotels beach. Save your money.

Unscrupulous Lagoon - Despite calling ahead and inquiring about the water conditions and being assured by the staff everything was good, the blue waters were a BUST, no apology or partial refund. Not even offered a discount for another time. Just a $60 boat ride and half-assed tour in the dark. If you must go, for whatever reason, wait until a second boat leaves and ask the first bunch... don't pay until you know you will get what you have paid to see.

Avoid this tourist trap! - My husband and I figured while we were in Jamacia we would visit the Luminous Lagoon. We learned quickly what a tourist trap was. We were picked up at 4:15 from our resort. We arrived at 5:30. We didn't board the boat until after 7. There were food and drinks for purchase. The inclusive drink they advertised is a throw away cup you'd use to rinse out your mouth after brushing your teeth. Once we got out to the water to swim we were disappointed as there is hardly any glow at all. After 15 minutes we were to get back on board to go back for more "entertainment" and drinks for purchase. Overall the employees were rude and completely uneducated on the lagoon. It was truly an overpriced disappointment.

The water was not blue when I was there - I did not see any blue water. It seems to me the picture is rigged. Its a scam of you ask me. I booked through a vendor that I think is a third party and I paid for my dinner, it was not included. The water was not blue that is for sure. So I paid $98 x 2 = $198 to swim in the ocean for a few minutes which I could have done for free at the resort I was at. Total ripoff if you ask me. Scam if you ask me.
