Great Experience! - This excursion was found through our Royal Caribbean Cruise. After a little research, we opted just for the park and decided that if zipping looked good that day, we'd decide when we got there. The pictures from YouTube and reviews matched expectations and we were perfectly happy with the beautiful area and friendly people. Our bus drivers were informative, fun, and safe! Thank you for taking care of us and teaching us some lingo! Ziplining turned out to be incredible! (Please forgive me if I misremembered your names, guys-- Terrance and Paul?) You were SO kind, patient and fun! My mother and I absolutely loved the Zipline tour with you! Everyone was happy and helped make a very memorable experience. Really appreciate our slide overseer, too! 😁. Thank you! We had a wonderful time!

Great day at Good Hope! - Family of 9, 3 grandparents, 4 boys aged 14,12,10,8. Youngest with special needs so we rented the pool cabana, which was worth it for us to have a home base and a place for him to decompress. It was right next to the little pools that lead up to the waterfall and the main pool area. Shaquille, our butler for the day, made sure we had everything we wanted, including drinks delivered to the cabana/pool, and truly made us feel like VIPs! The older boys and some adults went on the river tubing and zipline. The river tubing was fun; our guide Raheem, made sure the boys were laughing and smiling. Be prepared to be splashed on this trip, but the tubing was very easy and enjoyable! They had a great time on the zipline, including my 81yo father! My husband said the guides, Omar, Nick, and Levon, made them feel safe at all times and gave very clear instructions. There were several different ziplines of varying lengths and speeds. The cabana rental also gave us our own van, so we could make our own schedule instead of having to leave at designated shuttle bus times. This gave the boys time to enjoy the waterslide and jump from the waterfall. We also had a delicious lunch served to us in the cabana. We did not do the included rum tasting, but only because our special needs son had reached his limit- I’m sure it is fun!

Awesome experience and tasty rum!!!! - Jessica was an awesome tour guide! Really made it so fun and allowed us to experience so much of the native Jamaican plants and fruits. She kept it fun and light yet educational! The whole day was more than we could ask for and I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Kinda boring - Okay so this was not a bad time but, it also was lowkey kind of boring. But. The staff was so friendly. The guys on the zip line really made it fun. The limestone foot massage was cute for photo op moments but , boring. Staff was also very nice for that though. The one small cup of rum punch they give you was .. not good and seriously, one small cup? … the food was delicious though we waited 35 min for our two meals and we were on a time crunch to catch the bus. I wouldn’t waste my money doing it again. It’s definitely good for like teens I feel like. Zip lines were not very high up and not very long. All in all not a bad time/ just wouldn’t do it again! It was extremelyyyy well organized though 10/10 for that!! And 10/10 for staff friendliness.

Waste of money 💰 - I went for the water park. Nothing to see with what we are seeing in the video and those pictures they are advertising. The water park is not functional at all, the water in the pool was dirty. The maintenance is terrible. Total waste of money 💰. Will never go back there !

Enjoy with caution - Caution! As a cruise guest, do not book yourself! We booked all the excursions ourselves, and we would not book them again without doing it through the cruise. The taxi ride there and back was $200 and we negotiated it down to $150. The driver turned out to be aggressive and on drugs (not uncommon in Jamaica). As we were traveling with two children, we decided not to take the return journey with this driver. He threatened us and the organizer also told us that he could not help us. The facility was fine but not particularly clean and the slides (the real highlight for the kids) were broken. There was no explanation, apology or compensation for this either...

Poor planning & communication - Booked this excursion for a cruise we were taking to Jamaica and the Caribbean. Received confirmation a day before our cruise left that we were good to go. Completed the waivers and provided the information for our cruise ship. A day before we were supposed to depart on our excursion, they sent me an email that they had to cancel. I did not have any internet or service on the cruise ship. Got into port and received the message the day we were supposed to go. I called them and they said the place was closed. I believe due to Ash Wednesday. Not sure how they would not have known that way in advance. They gave me no options so we were left with no excursion for Jamaica. They only thing they said was contact Viator for a refund. If you are going to Jamaica on a cruise, do not use these guys. I would book through the cruise line so there are no problems.

Poor planning and poor commincation - Scheduled this tour for a cruise going to Falmouth Jamaica. They sent me confirmation the day before I left on my cruise. Had me sign their waiver which asked what ship I was on. The day before our excursion, they tried to reach me but I had no service on the cruise ship. They wanted me to schedule for the next day. I presume it was due to Ash Wednesday which they should have known was coming. We would not be in port the next day. If you are cruising to Jamaica, don’t use these guys. Go through your cruise ship. Just hoping I get a refund through Viator.
