Ziplines - The two guides did an excellent job and made adventure so much fun! They explained everything in so much detail and kept us safe..

Full day at Chukka - Presi and Murph were great and can’t recommend high enough on the tubing. Great fun. Zip wire was brilliant with Oshay, Taki & Kirk and finished it off with a lovely relaxing bamboo raft and foot massage. Everyone is so friendly and would go back in a heartbeat

The people who work here made it the best experience in the Caribbean - We came here as an excursion on our Royal Caribbean Cruise. A crazy fun and safe experience with the crew and people making it the very best of my vacation. A special shout out to our zip lining crew, Shea, Nick, and Richard and to our tubing crew, Prezi and Palmer! They all had crazy friendly and outgoing personalities making us feel welcome and pretty much laughing the entire time.

Awesome Jamaica adventure! - We had a great time on our first family zipline experience. Tameka paid special attention to one who was nervous in our group, and Richard, Fritz, and Earl made sure we were safe but having a great time. Lunch was an authentic jerk chicken plate that we all enjoyed before chilling in the pool waiting on our tube time. Skillfull was fun and informative as we tubed down the Martha Brae. Overall it was a great day!

Zipline Jamaica - This was such an amazing experience. We did the zipline and there were about 7 of them . Hiking wasnt bad. Flowers and greenery was super beautiful. Loved our tour guides Jermain and Kirk. Highly recommend!!!!

SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE - 10/10 !!!! I can’t thank Gio and Omar enough for their energy and support through the Zipling experience. It was my mothers first time ziplining, and my first time in a few years so they explained everything clearly and were cheering us on along the way. We felt extremely safe during the entire experience and shared a bunch of laughs. While I don’t remember their names, the two gentlemen that assisted my group during the water rafting were also amazing. They allowed us the opportunity to do some swimming in the shallow waters and provided a bunch of history about the land we were on. We were in a group with a younger child and they ensured that he remained safe and kept a smile on the entire trip. I couldn’t help but think about my younger nephews and how much they would have enjoyed the experience. The rum tasting was definitely an experience in itself, since the land that we were on previously produced rum, I enjoyed hearing the history and the process of the rum production. Each rum we tried (3) had its own individual flavor notes and watch out for the 12 year aged one! I will mention that check in is a bit of a doozey, since we are up in the jungle and need to sign waivers, it takes a bit of time since the service is limited. WiFi is offered for free but can still tend to take a while. Aside from this, everything was great! I can’t wait to go back and cannot recommend the experience enough! I’m very thankful to have had some amazing guides throughout the way and hope to see them again when I return.

Great adventures - Amazing views, great food and drinks. They had a good selection of souvenirs. The Zipline was thrilling and the tube ride with Owen was relaxing and full of tidbits on the local flora and fauna. The rum expert explained the process of creating as well as the notes to pick up in the different ages of rum sampled.

Fun, but zipline guides pushy for tips - We did the Zipline and Tubing excursion from Disney Cruise Line on August 28, 2024. Starting the adventure off we caught a bus from the port to the estate. Once at the estate we mulled about and were told to get a locker for our stuff, $10 cash or credit card with an ID. With our stuff dropped off we started a walk to the zipline tour. The zipline was fun, but cramped on some of the platforms. Afterwards we were gathered and told that tips were split between everyone and appreciated. This is where things for me went sour. As we went into our lockers to get our things the zipline tour guides were stalking the front door and pestering everyone for tips. When I gave my tip to one of them, he informed me that it's just for him and that if I want the other guides to have a tip I would have to tip them each individually. Contradictory to what we were told at the end of the zipline tour. We saw them hunting down other people in our group asking for tips as well. One group I spoke to was going to enter the building through the eatery area and the guides yelled at them and asked them why they're avoiding them for tips. For reference, Earl was the guide I gave my tip to. Tikka was wonderful and was the only zipline guide that wasn't pushy about the tips. Tamika, Richard and Fritz were cohorts to Earl and his tip scheme. Now for the tubing! This made the trip a lot better and I'm grateful we had this or this review would be 1 star. Our tubing guide, Prezzy, was amazing! We loved him and he was the best part of our experience. I wish he had a Venmo because I gave most of my cash to the other guides! Ironically, the other guides from the zipline do say they take cashapp or venmo. Palmer (the other tubing guide) offered that I could buy them a bottle of rum. I thought, okay let's go see what you have in mind. We go into the shop and he proceeds to point out the most expensive bottle of rum they have in the shop at $80! I laughed and said no, then gave them what cash I had left over.

False Representation - Our family visited the CHUKKA Good Hope location a few days ago as a part of our annual family vacation. We booked and paid for in advance the Zipline, Tubin, and water park package and was looking for to experience. The morning started off with a great tour guide driver Mrs. Jean, who was very attentive and entertaining. Once we arrived at CHUKKA and checked in things became immediately concern when the representative told us that the package only included the Zipline, which made no sense since they do not offer single excursions only packages and that is what was confirmed when we booked with Kiuki. Having traveled so far and not wanting to ruin our trip we took a deep breath and asked what it would cost to add the Tubin to our trip, the representative provided us the information and advised us once we completed the Zipline we can return and pay to join the Tubing excursion. The Zipline was an amazing experience thanks to our wonderful guides Geovani and Nick. We did as advise after the zipline and proceeded to go and pay for the Tubing, only to be told that they were over booked and could not accommodate us. Why were we not allowed to pay prior as we requested to secure out spot is ridiculous. We ask what other excursion options are available since we were stuck there for three more hours, only to be told the water park was closed and has been closed for months and we should have been told that by Kiuki. They have a nature walk which were told " go at your own risk and leisure". So now we were stuck in the heat to sit around with nothing to do and no wi-fi connection, because they stated its not working. The attitude of the representative and the manager was nonchalant and lacked compassion for our inconvenience. Over charging for excursions and over booking to make money with no consideration for visitors is disgusting. To the Owners of CHUKKA I recommend you take time to spend some time on the ground level of your operations and see what is truly happening with your grounds, the condition of the environment the attitudes of your staff and tour companies that are misrepresenting what you all have to offer. Great staff, average location - The good : 1. Staff is very friendly. 2. Locker and Shower facilities are good 3. Transport is good. 4. We did zip line and river tubing. Both had very friendly and helpful guides. We felt safe all the time. They wanted to make sure, we had a good time. Whats average : 1. Zip line location is a typical forest and is not like you are zip lining an amazing scenic place. 2. River where river tubing takes place didnt really have a current. Guide has to connect all the tubes and rows us down the river. The place is ok.
