A wonderful experience - Going on this trip was really a wonderful experience, first we got to drive quad bikes across the desert then stopped by the canyon, where we did some hiking in the canyon for more than an hour, the guides were amazing and so helpful, we had a 6 year old with us, and they helped us with her even carrying her at rough areas in the hike. After the hike we some badwin tea and got back on our bikes to drive to a place where we got to ride camels for around 20 minutes, after that we went to the blue hole were we snorkeling and it was truly amazing, then had lunch and went back to the hotel. A truly amazing day trip with lots of adventure and fun for adults and kids as well

Worst thing to do - You will have to wake up at 6AM and hit the road it will take around 2hours min to get there .. the bus will stop next to a shop they rent snorkeling tools (mask snorkel fins suits ...) the guide will convince you that you will need everything in fact that you only need mask and snorkel only .. when you arrive to the beach you will be shocked by the pollution there and the super low hygiene that they have their ... you will sit in some kind of restaurant .. forget about eating or drinking bring your own food .. to make a shower you will have to pay .. but you will forget everything when get into water and start seeing the blue hole and the coral ... after that they will take you to a store full of souvenirs more expensive than old souk in sharam and the will try to sell you perfume in an auction

Horrible, Terrible - a complete facade tour operation - DO NOT BOOK THIS… “Red Sea Experiences” are terrible tour operators. I do not know if this is even a genuine tour operation. If yes, they will definitely spoil your holiday! The only efficient part of their tour is when you make the payment while booking the tour. That went through fast, quick and without a problem. I booked a full-day tour to Dahab from Sharm El-Sheik. After I booked the tour, no one contacted me at all to tell me where, when and how they were going to pick me up. I called and no one responded. Finally closer to 6PM the previous day, I got a response saying that they will let me know in an hour. Then later in the night I was told that there would be a pick up at 7:20AM the next day at the hotel reception. So I got to the hotel reception at exactly 7:20AM and true to the previous day’s experience, they never showed up. They were completely unreachable through message or even phone – the phone number listed does not work for you to reach them, it’s a facade. I was waiting for almost 1.5 hours before I realized that they were never going to show up and decided to go back. I cannot believe how this is listed under viator/tripadvisor – are there no due diligence done before enlisting the tours companies?!!! I do not even know if I am going to get my refund!!!! This has been the single worst holiday experience
