Into the Heart of the Western Desert

The call of the desert is one that I can never resist. When I heard about the Baharyia Oasis Overnight adventure, I knew it was time to pack my bags and head to the Western Desert. The promise of unseen sceneries and the thrill of exploring landscapes untouched by the usual tourist trails was too enticing to pass up.

Our journey began with a drive from Cairo to Bahariya, a place that seemed to exist in a different time. The road stretched out before us, a ribbon of asphalt cutting through the vast expanse of sand. As we left the city behind, the landscape transformed into a mesmerizing tapestry of golden dunes and rugged terrain. We continued our journey to the Pyramid Mountain, a natural formation that rose majestically from the desert floor. Climbing its rugged slopes was a challenge, but the view from the top was worth every step. Our adventure took us to a camel farm, where we had the chance to interact with these fascinating creatures. Their gentle eyes and curious nature made for a memorable encounter.
