The White Desert is located approximately 45 km north of the oasis town of Farafra. It is renowned for its captivating landscape, characterized by bright white chalk rock formations shaped by wind erosion over millennia. Some notable features of the White Desert include:

We are scheduled to depart from Cairo in our air-conditioned vehicle early in the day, heading towards the Baharia Oasis. Upon our arrival, we find our jeep set up and ready for our safari tour. Our journey resumes with a visit to the Crystal Mountain and Aqapat area, eventually arriving at our final destination - the White Desert. Here we explore the old white desert - area of mushrooms and tents and proceed to admire the splendid limestone structures of the new white desert. As we wrap up our trip, we will drive back to the oasis where our vehicle stands ready to transport us back to Cairo.
