Our journey starts in Faro, Algarve’s capital, with a guided tour around its 13th-century city centre. The itinerary leads us to the formerly Moorish town of Olhão, notable for its fishing industry and renowned local market. We then head to the historical town of Tavira, distinguished by its Roman bridge, quaint cobblestone streets, and numerous churches (entrance fee for churches not included). Here, there’s an opportunity to explore the ancient castle, offering a splendid vantage point perfect for city-viewing and photo-taking. Time has been allocated for lunch (at your own expense).
