Brilliant transfer service. Would definitely recommend. - We missed our flight and Yellow Fish rearranged our collection from the airport with ease. I managed to get hold of them straight away and they changed the time of our collection. They were great to deal with in an otherwise stressful situation.

Drive On Holidays (Movida) Faro Airport (Portugal): Questionable practices - Very bad experience with Drive On Holidays at Faro Airport. When the vehicle was picked up, the agent charged me 135 € presenting this amount as a simple refundable deposit. I was clearly misled by his oral explanations, because it was actually additional non-refundable insurance that I did not need. This lack of transparency, combined with travel fatigue, led to a signature without genuinely informed consent. Today, Drive On Holidays is completely discarding itself by claiming that I signed the contract. However, what I dispute is not the existence of my signature, but the misleading conditions under which it was obtained: a contract whose terms were presented falsely orally cannot be relied upon. I advise future travellers to remain extremely vigilant and to read every line again, even if the agent asserts with confidence that this is only a 'security deposit'. Don't trust them at all.
