• Barreta Island - Ilha Deserta is a 7km barrier island between Atlantic ocean and Ria Formosa Natural Park and one of the most pristine ecosystems of the region. It is well known for the restaurant Estaminé open all year round and its natural conditions.
• Ilha da Culatra - Ilha da Culatra is a fisherman village located in the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
• Ilha Do Farol - Farol island has one the biggest lighthouse of the region and its known for the local architecture and traditional houses.

Feel free to explore the barrier islands of Ria Formosa at your leisure. Starting from Faro, embark on a 90-minute guided tour with a knowledgeable marine biologist. Upon reaching the first stop, Ilha Deserta, you can join the boat circuit to explore the islands of the Natural Park, enjoying the freedom to travel between them according to the available schedules. Your ticket is valid for 24 hours for all trips until you return to Faro.

We offer multiple scheduled pickup times on the three islands (hourly), providing you with the flexibility to visit each one and decide how long you wish to stay. Our experienced boat skippers will be on hand to guide you and offer all the information you need throughout your journey.
