Amazing! - Amazing experience and the staff was a great support to the overall experience! I was so afraid to start even though I really wanted to go but they made all the difference to help me move closer to my goal 😀

Lots of fun! - Amazing experience, the view is beautiful and the ride is a lot of fun. I was worried it would be scary to go head first, but it really isn't. I felt very safe at the same time it was great fun! The guide was very helpful and friendly, I would recommend this experience any time!

Great experience - Annalong experience 10/10! DO NIT overlook this experience just because there are more flamboyant and expensive tours etc in Iceland. I could do this every month. I do wish it was a bit longer and video was unfortunately down due to weather but still great stuff. Great staff (who’s names escape me but we’re working on 25th sept) who were very accommodating and friendly even though we were late and messed up their safety briefing times! (Would definitely recommend sticking to the 10 mins early advice especially if driving to location as Google maps ETA was a little off)

Thrilling ride above the beautiful Icelandic landscape - Thank you to the Mega Zipline team especially Julia who took great care of our family of 4, two adults + two teens. We arrived late (long drive from Glacier Lake) but the team accommodated us quickly and were friendly and supportive. Some obvious tips: Heavier people travel faster, overcoming wind resistance more easily. One member of our family is afraid of heights but found the courage to take the ride … the staff were very understanding and it all went very well ! There is a “geothermal cuisine” restaurant Varma just 5 minutes drive from Mega Zipline with what looks like an amazing menu. They closed at 21:00 and we missed it.

An experience with a picture perfect view - The view was absolutely breathtaking. Although the hike was a bit tiring, it was worth it. I recommend everyone to try it (a must in Iceland). Hopefully next time I’ll get to experience it with my family. The staff were also incredibly nice and helpful, making the experience even better. I would 100% do it again when I visit !

Family adrenaline based fun - highly recommended. - I took my son on this as this as something different and I'm really glad we made the trip. Walking into the office we were welcomed by helpful and cheerful staff with perfect English. We were kitted out with our gear and headed out to a small 4 seater 'buggy' for a free 4x4 experience taking us to the top of the zipline. With stunning views of a waterfall below us, we were suspended into our harness looking straight down at the waterfall and drop below us. There are 2 lines next to other meaning we could race each other. This was fantastic, I won't go into who won! Altogether a great time and some wonderful memories. Highly recommended. We also bought the video on the way out so we don't forget it.

Not recommended - Our “guide” obviously wanted to go home and was in a hurry (we had the last appointment with another couple). He was just kind enough not to pass for rude. Overall, everything was done very quickly. Only the bare essentials were explained. Very welcome we did not feel, rather like being passed through. Weighing clothes, which meant my husband couldn't drive. Well, you could have expected that. This is on us. However, references to repayment were only made on request. The refund worked without any problems. Then we went to the tower. The talk was not great. I had booked a video, which I can not recommend at all! There was no indication of a camera above. Hang on and off you go. No waving or smiling at the camera. One of the very few cameras was milky. So a third of the mini-video was useless. That was the part where you should have seen the actually beautiful view. Overall, the video is a joke. My husband's cell phone video was more meaningful. In my opinion, the experience is not worth the price. However, the view is beautiful and “flying” over it has something. For someone who has never had a similar “adventure”, it might be fine to start with a nicer supervisor. However, the video is not possible. The money should definitely be saved. Overall disappointing for me.
