The hamman himself. Relaxing warmth and very nice. Superb facilities - Best of Turkey. Thanks to Sevgi massage and all his service throughout the stay in the hamman. It made me feel like a sultan.

Decadent and beautiful - First time in a Hammam, loved it. Without knowing what to expect, I entered a large women's only common room where I was greeted and told to relax and enjoy. After changing the bath and therapies began, I I did a 60 minute, could’ve spent more time! Semra, my therapist at the hammam, was nice and comfortable. I trully relaxed with the treatments, the atmosphere, and Semra. I highly recommend this experience and this hammam. I only wish I had it back home.

Excellent experience - I had an unforgettable experience at the Historical Hurrem Sultan Hammam in Old City, Istanbul. The atmosphere was serene, and the hammam's historical beauty added to its charm. I want to especially mention the massage specialist, Dilek, who was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely lovely and polite, and her massage was exceptional. She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. I highly recommend this place!

Unforgettable hammam - After researching articles and travel guidebook recommendations, this hammam is the one I chose for my special experience. Hurren Sultan Hammam was the most elevated spa experience that I'll never forget. Özlem took excellent care of me from start to finish of the Zevk-i-sefa package. The environment is absolutely stunning and peaceful. You'll forget you're right next to the bustling Hagia Sophia, Hippodrome and Egyptian Obelisk. I have been to other hammams (so I knew what to expect) and while those were great, this was unforgettable. I also forgot my appointment time (despite them kindly reminding me prior to my appointment) and they graciously rescheduled me for the same day!

Great experience of a Turkish bath/hamman in Istanbul. It was quite expensive but you get what you pay for here. - Beautiful and extremely clean friendly staff and great location by the Haghia Sofia Ask for Emin for your attendant. I told him that he was the best thing about my week in Istanbul

My Favorite Place to Visit in Istanbul. - A day at the Hurrem Sultan Hammam is my favorite thing to do when I’m in Istanbul. There is something truly magical about being treated like a princess in 400+ year old royal bath house in the middle of the Old City

One ethereal hour you deserve - Allow yourself to loose yourself in the moment and just go into receive-mode. The very polite Azad met me in the amazing grand opening hall where your experience both start and end. I was handed a paper to,fill out some key info: it is the smallest fill out form I have ever seen - really tiny 🔬 You are served a complimentary trouser to wear during the treatment - you don’t need to bring anything, everything is taken care of by them. I change and then meet my massage guy Bilge who will take care of me for the next hour. The experience is awesome, combining both a real good massage while marvelling at the awesome locale: it is white, it is large and it is clean. Everything looks brand new even though the facility is from the 15-hundreds although being renovated. You can still see fragments from the old building, nicely capsulated behind thick glasses and frames. The treatment ends back in the grand opening hall with some refreshments and a çay or coffee to your choosing served by the most friendly Izzet. I was told by my hotel staff before entering that after the treatment you would be knocked out and super hungry and thirsty. For me I just felt renewed - an hour of ethereal bliss. Enjoy 🪽

First experience of a Turkish Bath - I must admit I'm not a very body confident person and it took a bit of courage to go for it, however, (when in Turkey and all that), I opted for Ab-i Hayat treatment and it was well worth every penny. My Hammam was Dilek, she was so attentive, gentle and peaceful and called me Sultana Valeria. The whole experience was very special and I would definitely do it all again.
