Fantastic Bosphorous Cruise Tour - The tour was great and the total hours for the tour was just perfect. It was awesome with the Sedat as the tour guide. He is excellent in his detailed explanation about the whole tour and along the boat cruise. He knows what he is talking about. He offered more by walking with us to the Tram Station Kabasi and using his Istanbul card for us to get into the station. We love him as our tour guide. Thank you Sedat and keep up with the good job, and until we meet again… adios! And we do not forget the lovely lunch provided and we had fish and it was so fresh. 😃👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Really enjoyable - Sedat kul was our guide he was wonderful. Explained everything and made sure we were comfortable, with toilets , coffees etc. Would use him again

Best way to see Istanbul from the Bosporus straight - This trip was fantastic. Really great views of the Bosporus all the way to the Black Sea. They gave lots of good information on what we were seeing and we had a lovely lunch at a small fishing village at the midpoint of the trip. Incredible views of the beautiful bridges and lovely homes on the Bosporus and the busy waterway of the straight. Fantastic views of the city as well and great snacks during the whole time. Would definitely go with this crew again. Great experience.

Great day sailing between Europe and Asia - The sites along the strait are impressive and Tour Guide Sadat knew and shared tremendous amount of information and details. He also did everything he could to make journey enjoyable

A lovely chill day out on the river - This was a fantastic tour and worth every penny. We were picked up from and returned to our hotel, which was a huge plus for us. The boat was comfortable, with great views all round, the guide knew his stuff and pointed out buildings along the way and added in interesting facts. We were treated to nibbles and fresh fruit and a bar was available. Lunch on the Asia side was perfect and a stop on the way back for those who wanted to go for a quick dip was fun. Thoroughly recommend this tour - a perfect day out in Istanbul.

Be sure they have enough people to make it work - Didn't go. They cancelled the day before. Seemed like they were nice and it was going to be a cool trip but..This time of year (mid November) there are not as many tourists. Apparently they could not put a large enough party together to go with the two of us to make it work monetarily for them. Completely understandable. But, it would have been better if they had let us known sooner. We may have been able to change the date to make it work for all involved.

Poor communication - The tour company did not notify us they had changed the pickup time until the day before, by email. We had planned other activities for the morning. 2 people then could not make it and we lost money on this trip.

Stranded - I made a booking for my wife and I. It was supposed to be a memorable tour and experience. After the tour company canceling on us the night before I was lucky enough to rebook at last minute. Meeting point was clear. We took no chances and got there 1 hour early. I even confirmed with other tour companies that I was at the right place.
We waited and waited and waited and no one showed up for us. Other tourists were sorted out and greeted by there respective companies but IBO was absent. It was time to go back to the hotel dissatisfied and disappointed.

This did not even go to the Black Sea find another cruise - This was a horrible trip. We were picked up at our hotel later than expected and when we got to the dock we had to wait for the boat to show up. The lunch was not good. We did not go into the Black Sea or do many of the things promised in the description of the cruise. Getting into and off the ship was not easy, the crew wasn't very helpful, one of the passengers fell. The guide was terrible. We could not hear or understand his narration of the cruise over the speaker. We got back two hours late. The transfer back to our hotel was very confusing regarding which bus was going to which hotel. The bus back to our hotel dropped us off several blocks away and it was dark out
