A lovely chill day out on the river - This was a fantastic tour and worth every penny. We were picked up from and returned to our hotel, which was a huge plus for us. The boat was comfortable, with great views all round, the guide knew his stuff and pointed out buildings along the way and added in interesting facts. We were treated to nibbles and fresh fruit and a bar was available. Lunch on the Asia side was perfect and a stop on the way back for those who wanted to go for a quick dip was fun. Thoroughly recommend this tour - a perfect day out in Istanbul.

Bosphorus Lunch Cruise - A very enjoyable experience with perfect weather. The food was good and staff were great. Guests were able to swim off the back of the boat.

sunny warm good food on the Bosphoras - a part from emailing me in england to say be ready an hour earlier than stated on the booking form which meant 3 male;s were still having a turkish bath and we held the tour up by said 1 hour a very enjoyable time was had on the boat ,than a suprise swim again not mentioned in the itinerary but we went in all the same ,great lunch

Poor communication - The tour company did not notify us they had changed the pickup time until the day before, by email. We had planned other activities for the morning. 2 people then could not make it and we lost money on this trip.

This did not even go to the Black Sea find another cruise - This was a horrible trip. We were picked up at our hotel later than expected and when we got to the dock we had to wait for the boat to show up. The lunch was not good. We did not go into the Black Sea or do many of the things promised in the description of the cruise. Getting into and off the ship was not easy, the crew wasn't very helpful, one of the passengers fell. The guide was terrible. We could not hear or understand his narration of the cruise over the speaker. We got back two hours late. The transfer back to our hotel was very confusing regarding which bus was going to which hotel. The bus back to our hotel dropped us off several blocks away and it was dark out

Did not happen for me - I received a WhatsApp message that the cruise was canceled and that the company would update this on Tripadvisor, which they never did. So I never got to do the cruise nor was I refunded for this

Poorly organised and disappointing experience - My partner and I were excited after booking the IBO luxury yacht experience at our hotel, but it quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. The tour was poorly organised, and many guests were crammed into a single trip that didn’t match the experiences they were sold. They weren’t given the option to choose if they wanted to join this new experience or get a refund, which made the mood tense and uncomfortable for everyone. The disorganisation continued with audio issues on the upper deck and a bland cold lunch served onboard instead of at the picturesque Fisherman’s Village. Worse, only a few people knew about the swimming stop in the Marmara Sea, leaving the rest, mostly seniors, unprepared and upset. To top it off, the return transport was overbooked, forcing some guests to walk or take a taxi. The guide tried his best, but the crew seemed irritated. Overall, a disappointing and stressful experience. Would not recommend.

This was a cruise from hell!!! - Very disappointing experience, started with the usual local attempt to charge us 10 euros more of the price agreed. After that, there was a very long ride bus to the boat, where we were served decent but cold food. Boat staff were basically one guy that at least tried to communicate with the guests in a broken English and to swim with us, and one girl with a sad face who did not say one word in 5 hours (did something bad happen to her 5 minutes before the trip? l guess we will never know but she looked rufe and annoyed). CONS: Audio issues throughout the trip, very poor tourism information (l think the guide said 20 times left is Asia and right is Europe), 90% of passengers were upset because they basically felt ripped off, stop at the fishing village was too short and pointless besides buying some bad quality souvenirs, transport issues on the journey back to the hotel ( several passengers had to arrange their own trip as the bus was overbooked). PRO: swimming in the sea felt nice. Avoid this at all costs!!!

Did not like the way this trip was cancelled - I was very unhappy when the trip was cancelled and particularly with how it was done. The operator wrote me on Whats App but I don’t use whats app much and did not get the message. Email or something through Trip Advisor, where I had booked the trip, would have been better. They offered to rebook me but offered a date after our trip here and the operator did not respond to any of my texts to rebook earlier. I had to chat with Viator (I guess Trip Advisor arranged for them to organize?). Viator said the operator cancelled the trip due to weather, but really it was a very nice day here. Ironically the price I paid, and hopefully will get refunded, was much less than what is advertised now and I wonder about that too. I am not sure I would book through Trip Advisor again because they actually kept sending me notices for my tour well after it was cancelled by the operator.
