A must see place - A must see , the Mosque was opened for Muslim prayer since 2020 ... so you can visit it for free along with the famous soltan Ahmed Mosque.

Beautiful mosque - Beautiful Mosque, with lots of history and beauty. Never forget that it is necessary to respect Muslim religion and customs, and that this is a place for prayers, open to the public. Knowing so much history and beauty makes a difference.

Basic, Hagia Sophia - A magnificent external monument which has been restored and internally steeped in history. You could use a little renovation in some places. In short, a bargain monument.

holy sophia mosque - Majestic, paying for "non-Muslims", free for Muslims, worth seeing, this building steeped in history.. The price of the tour is quite expensive, like many tours in Istanbul.

Overpriced, overrated. - The mosque is worth a one-time visit from the cultural and historical perspective, but the entry fee is very expensive (25 e) for what it offers. Overcrowded and most important: you are not allowed to visit the ground floor level (only if you are Turkish or muslim), only the balcony level.

Big expectations and disappointment… - Inside there are very beautiful mosaics. But since it was converted into a mosque, some are no longer visible (hidden by sheets: ridiculous) and especially level 1 and ground floor are no longer accessible, so it is impossible to see the library, the Mirhab etc.... Basically you queue for 2 hours (at least) to stay there for 30 minutes. I had high expectations and am therefore disappointed.

There Are Better Mosques in Istanbul - Very expensive for such a short tour. Only Muslims and Turkish are allowed on the first floor, supposedly because they were praying. Not the case. I didn’t realize there would not be full access for all. I wouldn’t recommend this tour. Go to the Blue Mosque. It is free, although I gladly would give a donation.
