You’ll then leave the colourful Kadıköy market streets behind and sit down to savour the syrupy goodness of one of Istanbul’s oldest and most delicious baklavas. You’ll continue your twilight walk toward the district of Moda to finish your tour with classic Turkish goat’s milk dondurma, from one of Turkey’s most-loved producers.

Bahri is the best food tour guide! You must do this tour! - This was an amazing experience! Our guide, Bahri, was incredibly informative about the city and history and highly entertaining too. The food we tasted was delicious and we loved learning about the tradition and culture behind each stop. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Istanbul! Thank you Bahri!!!

Great way to learn about Istanbul street fokd - Great experience with Bahri travelling to the Asian side to experience street food. Bahri was an amazing guide, who was a wealth of information, but also a great conversationalist and overall good time. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the walk through Kadikoy illuminated many great places to visit.

Exceptional tour - Bahri our guide was fantastic guide. He was knowledgeable, funny and showcased delicious local food to our group. Kadiköy was a hidden from the bustle of old town and the ferry ride was stunning. The group was small and we all connected thanks to Bahri. Highly recommend this tour!

Great your! - Amazing your with Bahri. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot and ate so well! There was a very difficult customer on the tour but Bahri was totally calm and professional and made it a great experience for us all!

Great Tour of Kadikoy - Took this tour with my family of 5 foodies. Tugçe was knowledgeable about the foods and painted a beautiful picture for us of Turkish cuisine and culture. She gave us many recommendations for restaurants as well. Would definitely take her tours again!!!

Great look into Turkish cuisine and to the Asian side of Istanbul - My friend and I went on this tour for our first visit to Istanbul. We loved the opportunity to go with a guide over to the Asian side of the city after staying in a hotel on the European side, and our guide Sinan was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and Turkish cuisine. We left full, happy, and with good recommendations for what else to explore during our stay.

Amazing Kadikoy Tour With Sinan. - Met guide and crossed over on the ferry.
Ferry tickets and all food included.
Sinan was informative and engaging.
We were given a Simit to begin with and a bottle of water.
In Kadikoy, our first stop was to try pickles and pickle juice. Loved the pickles. The juice is a no for me but I was quite happy to try it.
Next stop Mussels delicious. No limit to how much you can eat , but after 5 , I stopped as I needed to save place for the rest of the tour.
Next stop Tantuni- delicious . We each had a whole Tantuni an Aryan.
Great flavours.
Then we headed to Iskender Kebab- scrumptious.
Then Mado for baklava and ice cream. Divine.
This tour checked all the boxes for “my must taste” food in Istanbul.
Food was plentiful, guide was great.
No complaints at all.
We’ve done other food tours as it’s a great way to see a city and learn a bit of life from a local, however, this food tour has far surpassed others we’ve taken.
Thanks for showing us a small part of your city.

Food tour without food - This is a food tour without food for the first 2 hours except we did get some pickle juice after 1.5 hours
Lots and lots of walking but no food
Guide was nice but should have brought something for us to eat on the ferry ride
