Good break from the city center - if you have more than a few days in Istanbul - Great day trip away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. Boat was comfortable - visited 2 islands. Bike rental not included, but recommended. Hills are very steep but view from top is worth it. Only 2 hours on the island and not 4 as advertised, in order to make time for fashion show and leather shop visit (surprise). If you know how to get back to your hotel, then you can skip this as it is at the end of the tour. Food in board is simple, but tasty and filling.

Excellent except poor customer communication - They came late an hour but it’s ok, they have mentioned there will be delays, the only thing is while we were waiting tried to call the number mentioned to contact them but they never answered :)

Safe for solo travelers and great experience. - Great package and I booked it last minute. The tour was smooth and everyone on board was very friendly. The tour was properly scheduled and everything happened according the given schedule. The crew of the boat helped me in exploring the island and I am certainly booking them again. 😇

Would do it again. - Great trip, all went to plan. The staff on the boat has great knowledge and answered all our questions.

A great tour - The trip was organized by excursionmania. It was well coordinated. The environment was neat and ambience was lovely. It was a great. Truly enjoyed it.

The best experience - The Guide was fantastic, was very close with everyone and was always predisposed to solve all our doubts, I really liked the experience although the buffet was not the best but good still worth doing.

Just use the ferry - The boat is old, but functional. No safety brief provided or explanation of where life rafts or vests are located. The tour also stops on a small island which is pretty pointless. However the bigger island is lovely. We avoided lunch, but others enjoyed it. Why over priced, I would simply use the ferry and go to the big island.

Average - Attractive price but 1+2 hours ride on the two islands (out of three) on board service and basic lunch. Reservation does not fully understand the program that seems to be all day

Absolute rubbish - 0 stars if possible. Food advertised wrong, no choice. Didn't receive a pick-up, instead ran 40mins. Island schedule is a lie.

Horrible Experience with Viator – Incompetent Operator and Zero Accountability - IF YOU BOOK WITHOUT FULL TRANSFER, DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I recently booked a Princes' Island tour through Viator, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The local tour operator provided completely inaccurate and vague instructions regarding the meeting point, which caused significant confusion and frustration on the day of our tour. Despite contacting the operator the day before to clarify the meeting point, we were directed to follow a faulty map based on erroneous coordinates. On the morning of the tour, our numerous attempts to reach the operator by phone were ignored, and we were absurdly told to send messages instead. Even with the assistance of a local Turkish guide from another agency, the operator was unhelpful and clueless about the exact location. After half an hour of fruitless efforts to find the meeting point, the operator finally informed us that the ferry had already departed and refused to offer any assistance or rescheduling options. His rude and dismissive attitude was appalling and completely unacceptable. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and it was entirely due to the incompetence and mismanagement of Viator's local operator. I strongly advise against booking any tours through Viator, as their lack of accountability and poor communication can ruin your travel plans. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable tour provider.
