Ali Faik Anayurt best Tourguide Istanbul - Ali Faik Anayurt was the best tourguide i ever met. He told us a lot of magnificent storys of the region. A lot of Sidestory, we never feel bored. His speech is clear, pleasant and he had a beautiful way to talk about the historical storys, i felt i was sent back to this time.
He really took care of everybody. Especially the information about the local specialitys, danger and how to get to which place if we are on the move by ourself created a wonderfull welcomed atmosphere. He had always a well prepared answer for every question. He is a genius guide. I really recommend everybody to ask at the company City of Sultans Day Tours if you can book this guide.
Tip: Pls dont be ashamed to give a big tip if someone gives you a unique experience. This is how I will welcome to a new foreign City.
With kind regards
Daniel and Johanna

Don't spend more! - First of all, airport pickup was offered to me over the phone, which turned out to be false because the day before the guide informed me that they didn't pick up from that point, so I paid USD$40 for transportation. The guide didn't seem friendly or pleasant at all. Some guides make you fall in love with the city, but this wasn't the case here. I don't think it's worth paying more than USD$60 for something you can do on your own. Entering the Blue Mosque is free, and there's plenty of material to read or watch on Google or YouTube. If you visit Hagia Sofia you need to pay USD$30 cash per person and $50 for the palace. You don't need a guide for this, so save yourself this extra cost.
