Friendly guide Hassan made our tour enjoyable - Thanks to our guide Hassan, a very knowledgeable guide, the tour is long but very informative, if you want to find out a lot of information a tour with Hassan is a must-do. A friendly guy, takes really good care of the group, willing to answer questions, we did enjoy the tour and do recommend it! The pass is good value for money if you use it to the fullest, see as much as you can each day and it is worth it.

All was ok - Hi. Our guide, Hassan was great (I hope I can remember the name correctly). He explained a lot to us…was careful not to lose any visitors, kept his flag up so he could be seen easily, was gracious in answering questions and for the time allocated it was super ok. The quality of the headphones was weak…a lot of times they did not work but we gathered close to hear him and we overcame this impediment. These headphones offer a great comfort in a big crowd and they are super important. Also the support on WhatsApp was great. It was difficult for me at the beginning with the app but I became a pro user 😂

Place very rich in historical pieces. - The palace is huge, full of beautiful gardens and distinctive buildings. It has a museum, a room of sacred relics, a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. Anyway, it's very worth it.

not interesting - Topkapi Palace is not a must in my opinion if you visit Istanbul. Having travelled a lot in other countries, and having seen a lot of palaces/castles... , I find this one not very interesting. Especially since it is very expensive (55€ entry without Guide) I find that it is literally theft, yet I am usually very inclined to pay to visit cultural monuments but this one I do not recommend it. Even gardens aren't crazy. If you want, there is a first garden at the entrance accessible free of charge. I advise you rather if you are in Istanbul to walk in the different neighborhoods, it is free and much more interesting!

Rushed tour with large group but still interesting - The guide was very rushed and could not or would not provide a paper ticket for entry, which meant that palace’s audio tour system, to be used when the quick guided tour had ended, could not be activated. He just refused to help with this. If you buy a ticket yourself from the gate, you get a QR code on the paper ticket which me thus allows you to activate the audio tour on your mobile phone. Also the group was so big that one could not often hear the guide unless you finagled your way thru the group to get very close. If they’d have offered a live audio, it would have been much better. This tour is worth it for maybe $10 over regular admission just to skip the line. But know that you will give up the recorded audio tour.

Disaster - It seemed like a disaster to me, it only lasts an hour, you can't ask the guide anything and suddenly he's gone. A scam, I don't recommend it at all.

Marginal tour. - Of several tours, the tour guide was the least energetic and did not give interesting information. Quick lines and efficient ticketing, however.

No guide in Spanish - When you buy the ticket it says that there is a guide in Spanish and it turns out that only and exclusively it is in English. They just give you the audio guide option on your phone and they're supposed to pay me back for the guide part, but anyone trusts me already. A hoax. I do not understand why they give the option of Spanish if there is none at any time.

Do Not Use…..they do not honor tickets - Do not book this tour. Upon arrival at meeting place the tour operator tried to claim that our tour started at 2 not 2:30 (per ticket and per Viator App). They claim an email was sent but it was not. Clearly they could have said join the tour at this time or done something. Staff was rude and clearly this tour is a scam.
