10/10 - Amazing experience, from the pickup till the actual spa! Everything went so smoothly and effortlessly from our side, because everything was organized so well. The hammam was so relaxing and heavenly!! We took the scrubbing and foaming and we got more than we expected! (Like tea, small massage during it, clay facemasks and little packages including scrubbing mitten and cleansing soap to bring home included in the price, and even the transportation was included) The whole experience was so worth the money and I would definitely go again.

Turkish perfection! - The Turkish bath experience was so wonderful. The salt room, sauna, steam room and body scrub were amazing. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean and comfortable. If you’re in Istanbul you must do this Turkish bath experience!

Authentic Turkish Hammam experience in the heart of istanbul. - Very relaxing and calming experience! Pushpa and Suraj were both exceptional. My husband and I had our session together, would recommend it to couples travelling to Istanbul together!

Great service at Celal Sultan Hotel. - Loved the service at Celal Sultan Hote in Istanbull. Staff were friendly and always ready to answer questions and help. They go over what is expected of them. Location is also great - just a couple of blocks away from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Cistern.

Ok - We were sold a mid range experience and received the lower. Staff told us it was the tour operator who told them to do that and then staff pushed an upsell that would have cost us an additional 100 euro. We also wanted a traditional Turkish experience and it wasn’t “traditional”.
