Ifrane Atlas Saghir - We will then take the road to Merzouga. As a special treat, we will stop en route in the middle of the Atlas Mountains to enjoy the scenic views. We will also stop in AZROU, specifically at the monkey forest. Our journey continues with stops at Azrou and Midelt. You can have lunch in Midelt if you wish, but it is not included. We will then reach Merzouga.
Merzouga Desert - Upon arrival, you can choose to access your tent by camel or 4×4 car. You will have a private tent (for 2, 3, or 4 people) with an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. In the evening, you will watch the sunset, enjoy an included dinner, and attend a GNAOUA evening show with fire, performed by the desert people. You can also stargaze at night.
Merzouga / Erg Chebbi
Merzouga Desert - Wake up early to watch the sunrise. You will have half a day free to relax, walk around, see the nomads and Berbers, or go sandboarding. The guide and camels will be ready to transport you through the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Enjoy the beauty of the sunset on camelback, then return to the hotel/Riad on camelback. At your desert shelter, your camels will be tethered and mint tea will be served. Relax by the pool, enjoy a wonderful dinner, and spend the night at the hotel.
