Excellent cooking class and experience - This cooking was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Imad, our chef was amazing and the food was our favorite meal during our time in Morocco. A very big thank you to our guide Adil as well for translating and making sure we were well taken care. Highly recommend this experience for an authentic view into Moroccan home cooking.

Cooking class with the best cook! - A great way to experience Fez. No trip to Fez is complete without being in the local market with a local. Mama Najia will bring you to her favourite stalls to get fresh ingredients for the cooking. We even got to say hi to her sister's family on the way back from the market.
Having eaten tagines and wide array of appertizers throughout Morocco, it was nice to learn how to actually make them. I requested for lamb tagine with prunes for the cooking class and it turned out to be the best tagine I've ever had. I have since tried the recipe at home (with spices brought at Fez market); it was an instant hit

The best food tour/cooking class in FEZ!! - Imad and his two sisters were awesome! The entire experience was friendly, prompt, exciting and delicious! I highly recommend this experience and you must make the lamb and prunes!!!! Simply amazing!

Fabulous Experience and great meal at the end - My Husband and I really enjoyed this cooking class. Started with a walk through the market and picking our own fresh ingredients. My husband chose to have a Chicken Tagine and I had a vegetarian Tagine. We were then guided to our hosts family home where we were treated to experiencing a wonderful 3 course meal cooking class. There was 3 different types of salads, main Tagine and a wonderful dessert of hot cinnamon apple and orange and cineman. The whole experience was authentic and enjoyable. Really recommend this.

Very enjoyable experience! - This was definitely the highlight of our 3 day trip to Fes. Well organized. The cooking class included a visit to the local market where we picked out ingredients, later prepared various local dishes and finally enjoyed the meal when it was ready. The recipes were also shared later via WhatsApp so now I can easily prepare the same food at home. The people we met on this tour were very friendly and helpful, sharing all kinds of local information in addition to cooking tips. We really enjoyed the day! Thank you!

Recommended! - What a lovely family and what can the mother and sister make good food. The combination of what is offered is very nice. You first go to the market for the ingredients and then you are welcome at the family home, what hospitality!

Great way to learn about Moroccan cuisine - Our cooking class began with an immersive trip to the local market, where we handpicked fresh ingredients for the Moroccan dishes we’d chosen to prepare. For our menu, we started with a traditional Moroccan salad, zaalouk and taktouka followed by hearty mains of lamb tajine and chicken couscous. To round off the experience, we enjoyed delicious handmade desserts paired perfectly with mint tea. Mama Najia was a wonderful teacher, guiding us through each step with care and thorough explanations, making even complex techniques feel accessible. The dishes turned out flavorful and authentic, and we felt warmly welcomed by the entire family, who shared their culture and hospitality with us. It was an unforgettable experience, filled with great food, learning, and warm memories

A wonderful cooking experience - Initially, I was very skeptical about taking this class since my knowledge the best Moroccan dishes contain chicken and lamb and I am a vegetarian. However, after speaking with chef Najia, she assured me that there were a multitude of vegetable dishes that she could teach me to prepare. so I agreed to take the class. We visited the market and made purchases of a wide variety of vegetables and spices. Some that I wasn’t even familiar with. True to her word. She showed me how to prepare the best vegetable tagine that I never thought possible. Can’t wait to get back to America to prepare my family this delicious dish.
