This is the cooking class you've been looking for! - This is the morroccan cooking class you have been looking for! We absolutely loved our cooking class with Chama! Making traditional bread and sweet treats in her family home was such a great experience. The food was excellent, and she created such a welcoming environment. After we finished cooking we were able to sit and talk about morrocan culture while enjoying the company of her family.

Lovely experience - My friend and I had a lovely experience cooking with Samri. We cooked some very tasty dishes, followed by some wonderful conversation over dinner. Samir is authentic, kind, funny and we would certainly recommend the experience. Note we caught the sunset on our walk back to the Medina from her house through the Marinid Tombs - a short and very enjoyable walk - a perfect way to wrap up.

Enjoyed the moment with friendly local of Fes - We wanted to add some spice to our trip itinerary with some activity with locals. So we booked a cheese cooking class here in Fes. Chaimae, the host, gave us warm welcome when we arrived her home. We learned cooking Moroccan style cheese and pancake. But what I like the most is the moment we had a nice talk with tea and pastry after cooking. Chaimae is very fun to talk with and she has a lot of things to exchange from local's insight. We learned about Moroccan life and culture. She explained a lot of things we want to know about Fes and Morocco.

Moroccan hospitality at its finest! Amazing experience! - We have just returned from a short break in Fez and I feel I must immediately write a review for the wonderful Chaimae who runs these cooking classes. The organisation and communication before the class was outstanding and Chaimae even came to our assistance when needing help with other trips and experiences which we had organised with other people (she speaks fantastic English, as well as other languages). By the time we met, I already felt like I was meeting up with a good friend. We first bought supplies from the local shops and market which was such an authentic experience, and so different from the more commercial Medina market in Fez. My son and I were then welcomed into Chaimae's home where again, we got to experience the 'real' Morocco and learn about the traditions and culture which very much involves hospitality and food. We had chosen to make traditional Moroccan pancakes and 'Marble Pastry' and we were joined by Chaimae's mother and treated to her cooking expertise. The whole experience was very hands-on and we both felt that we had learned a lot and were very proud of our final creations! After cooking, we sat in the beautiful dining area drinking traditional mint tea and eating some delicious pastries prepared by Chaimae's mother, as well as trying out our own homemade delicacies. It was an experience we shall always remember and which you cannot beat when travelling - interacting with the local people in their traditional way of life. I cannot thank Chaimae enough for her amazing hospitality and giving us such a very special Moroccan experience.
