Day four of the Fes Medina - Brother Housseine did a wonderful job guiding us through the old city of Fes and also the Jewish side. He took his time going into detail about the history of Morocco and all of the founding dynasties. He also took us to the shrines of the spiritual Masters of the past and guided us towards the places to pray. He recommended us to eat at the most beautiful Riad Najdenne. We saw the local tanneries, carpet makers, herbalists, weavers and food and fruit markets. So many lovely places to visit all day. We are so grateful for his hospitality and happy demeanor. Great experience. - We loved this tour. We got to see everything we wanted and there is no way we could have found it all without a guide. He is super knowledgeable and taught us a lot. Don't feel pressure to buy things at all the stops, just enjoy the craftsmanship. Take the lunch recommendation! It's the best food we had in Morocco.
