DAY 1: FES – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – ERG CHEBBI DUNES.

Fes el-Bali - Begin your journey from your hotel in Fes early in the morning, heading south through Morocco. Your first stop will be in Ifrane, often referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco, where you can appreciate its beauty and capture memorable photos. Next, proceed to Azrou to observe the monkeys in the cedar forest. Continue to Midelt for a delightful lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, cross the TIZI N TALGHAMT pass to reach Errachidia, enjoying the stunning views of the Ziz gorges along the way. Later, pause for a panoramic view of the Ziz valley. The journey continues to the Erg Chebbi Dunes, passing through Aoufous and Erfoud, known for its fossils and dates, where you might visit a local fossil craft workshop. Proceed to the mesmerizing Erg Chebbi Dunes, also known as the Merzouga Dunes. Arrive at the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 2: DUNES TOUR IN THE SAHARA DESERT

Merzouga Desert - After breakfast at the Auberge, spend a relaxing half-day at the hotel, enjoying the sunshine, perhaps on the terrace, or take a stroll to explore the Merzouga market and city, either on your own or with a guide. In the afternoon, prepare for a camel trek lasting an hour and a half to witness the sunset. Riding your dromedary, continue to the camp for an overnight stay in a traditional nomad tent. Enjoy dinner and spend the night in a bivouac amidst the dunes.

DAY 3: ERG CHEBBI DUNES – FES

Fes el-Bali - Rise early to witness the sunrise atop a dune in the Sahara Desert, followed by breakfast. After these enchanting moments, ride your camel back to the hotel for a refreshing shower. Later, you will be transferred back to Fes, with a drop-off in Fes.
